为了无偏地弘扬宁玛派教法，至尊大德，语自在一切庆喜教幢吉祥贤之大集体，被视为邬金莲师的无谬化身，若能获得极大敬信，则于多康噶陀之南方的名为“虎穴”之处诞生。安住于智者成就者莲花智慧之所依宝座，以头顶发髻为荣的微小者，于一切方所兴盛的瑜伽士，策旺吉美贤遍利生宝海，于自身二十二岁铁鼠年（1900）的蒙古历八月吉祥之日，依仗不朽莲师之身像，由温宗嘎尔敬献，吉祥！ 祈请至尊语自在一切庆喜之住世。

The great assembly of Ngagwang Kunga Tenzin Palzangpo, the supreme and holy being who upholds the Nyingma teachings without bias, is seen as the infallible incarnation of Orgyen Guru. When great devotion is attained, he is born in the manner of Takphu in the southern part of Dokham Kathok. Tshewang Jigme Shenpen Norbu Palgyi Gyatso, a humble yogi who takes pride in wearing the crest jewel and flourishes in all directions, resides on the throne of the wise and accomplished Pema Lodro. At the age of twenty-two, on an auspicious day in the eighth month of the Iron Rat year (1900), relying on the image of the immortal Guru, it was offered from Won Dzonggar. Mangalam! A prayer for the long life of the supreme incarnation Ngagwang Kunga.
