莲花自在祈请颂。 莲花自在祈请颂。 诸族坛城之轮主， 至尊丹玛德钦林巴， 身之子嗣意之传承， 祈请莲花自在之足。 如意受生未染胎垢， 自幼行持圣者之行， 及至成年依止掘藏主林巴等， 众多智者成就者，祈请于彼。 圆满获得坛城如海之灌顶与修法， 精通成熟解脱五种次第之实修， 内外十相趋向胜妙之地， 祈请于彼金刚上师。 智慧空行恒常作加持， 证悟之光慑服天魔人， 具缘者皆趋大菩提之地， 祈请于彼金刚持。 自利先导利他为事业之主， 见闻忆触凡所关联皆具义， 祈请殊胜圣者您， 为我等众生祈请足莲永固。 愿恒常与您结缘相伴， 品尝无违誓言之法味甘露， 心意交融喜乐永不断， 愿恒常安乐趋向大菩提。 如是，由衷敬信德钦林巴之子，瑜伽士策旺诺布于尼泊尔、西藏交界芒域之吉祥燃山，于火羊年（1967）黑月之上弦，空行母会供日撰写。吉祥！ 莲花自在祈请颂。

Prayer to Pema Wangyal. Prayer to Pema Wangyal. Lord of the wheels of all lineages and mandalas, Supreme guide, pure Dechen Lingpa, Son of his body, successor of his mind, I pray to the feet of Pema Wangyal. Taking birth as wished, unstained by the impurities of the womb, From a young age, he practiced the conduct of a holy being, When he came of age, he relied on Terdak Lingpa and others, I pray to the many wise and accomplished ones who supported him. He perfectly obtained the empowerments and sadhanas of the ocean of mandalas, He thoroughly mastered the five stages of maturation and liberation, He approached the supreme ground of the ten aspects of outer and inner, I pray to that supreme Vajra Master. The wisdom dakinis constantly bless him, The radiance of his realization subdues gods, demons, and humans, He connects all fortunate ones to the ground of great enlightenment, I pray to that supreme Vajra Holder. With self-benefit preceding, he is the master of activities for the benefit of others, Seeing, hearing, remembering, touching, whatever connects with him is meaningful, I pray to you, supreme and holy being, I pray for the stability of your feet for the sake of beings like myself. May we always be connected and associated with you, May we taste the nectar of Dharma, without breaking our vows, May our hearts and minds be mingled as one, and may joy never cease, May we always be happy and attain great enlightenment. Thus, the yogi Tsewang Norbu, with heartfelt devotion to the holy son of Dechen Lingpa, Pema Wangyal, composed this at the auspicious Burning Mountain in Mangyul, on the border of Nepal and Tibet, on the waxing dark moon day of the Fire Sheep year (1967).
