༈ 三根本祈请文。 ༈ 三根本祈请文。 嗡啊吽，诸佛总集邬金父母尊。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ༔ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽） 四续部总集秘密主黑汝嘎。 乐空咒总集秘密智慧金刚亥母。 事业誓言总集护法土地神。 从心底深处至诚敬信您。 一心一意猛烈祈请。 垂视具悲观世音，殊胜之本尊。 祈请当下赐予胜共成就大加持。 外在障碍人与非人等。 遣除损害违缘恶毒具力之神。 内在障碍四大不调之要害。 恳请慈悲调伏鬼魔损害。 秘密障碍烦恼业力所生。 祈请加持平息五毒分别念。 非佛法之俗事散乱外之魔。 二执分别粗暴念头内之魔。 无明执色实执自生魔。 习气蕴聚欲妙天子之魔。 错觉烦恼业力死主之魔。 祈请一切殊胜本尊三根本。 以慈悲真谛威光奇妙力。 摧毁邪见魔军，威力何其大。 切断坚固恶业，邬金之主尊。 我心本来自迷黑暗中。 恳请怙主慈悲之日今照耀。 祈请调伏一切障碍荆棘。 赐予无死大乐灌顶之成就。 如是，自己进入随行队伍之后，外在四大引起寒热，内在烦恼分别念的程度粗猛，因缘僧众无有佛法或粗暴的行为使相续极度扰乱之时，为使彼等自息自解，向三根本祈请，瑜伽士策旺诺布于多康（མདོ་ཁམས）日沃且（རི་བོ་ཆེ）（今四川甘孜州石渠县）之寺庙，于忿怒母（ཁྲོ་མོ）霍尔历五月五日所说，萨瓦 मंगलम（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṃgalaṃ，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥）。 ༈ 三根本祈请文。

༈ A Prayer to the Three Roots. ༈ A Prayer to the Three Roots. Om Ah Hum, embodiment of all Buddhas, Orgyen Father and Mother. Gathering of the four tantras, Secret Lord Heruka. Union of bliss and emptiness, Secret Wisdom Vajravarahi. Activity, Yeshe, Dam, gathering of protectors and field protectors. From the depths of my heart, I have faith and devotion to you. I pray with single-pointed, forceful devotion. Look upon me, compassionate, supreme deity. Grant supreme and common siddhis, great blessings at this time. External obstacles, harm from humans and non-humans. Powerful deity who averts harm, obstacles, and malice. Internal obstacles, the essence of the disturbance of the four elements. Compassionate one, subdue the harm of demons and obstructors. Secret obstacles, delusion of karma and afflictions. Pacify the five poisons of conceptual thoughts with the power of blessings. Non-dharma, worldly distractions, external demons. Duality, conceptual thoughts, coarse and rough, internal demons. Ignorance, grasping at form, clinging to reality, self-arising demons. Habitual tendencies, aggregates, desire for sensual pleasures, demons of the gods. Deluded appearances, afflictions, karmic power, Lord of Death, demons. All supreme deities, supreme Three Roots. With compassion, truth, power, and wondrous glory. Destroy the armies of wrong views and demons, great power. Cut through the hard bonds of negative karma, Lord of Orgyen. My mind has been in the darkness of delusion since the beginning. Now, show the sun of your compassion, protector. Tame all the thickets of obstacles without exception. Grant the power of deathlessness, great bliss, and the accomplishment of siddhis. Thus, after entering the ranks of followers, when the external four elements cause heat and cold, and the degree of internal afflictions and conceptual thoughts is rough, and the behavior of the causal sangha is non-dharmic or coarse, causing the continuum to be extremely disturbed, in order to pacify and liberate them, Tshewang Norbu, a yogi, spoke this prayer to the Three Roots at the monastery of Riwoché (石渠县) in Dokham (四川甘孜州) on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Female Earth Hare year.
