ཀརྨ་རིག་འཛིན་གྱི་ཞབས་བསྐུལ་གྱིས་བོས་ལོན་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་ཚེ་དབང་ནོར་བུ་དཔལ་གྱི་རྒྱ་མཚོས་ཀུན་ལྡན་ལྕགས་བྱའི་དུས་ཀྱི་ཟླ་བ་བདེ་འབྱུང་གི་ཚེས་གཟའ་སྐར་ནམ་མཁའི་རྟོགས་དང་སྣ་ཚོགས་ལྷ་ལྡན་གྱི་འགྲུབ་སྦྱོར་ཉམས་རྟོགས་མཆེད་པ་ལ་སྦྱར་ནས་སྨར་ཁམས་དབེན་རྫོང་སྒར་ཐོག་ཏུ་བྲིས་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ། སྨྲས་པ། བདག་ལྟ་སྔོན་སྦྱངས་མེད་པས་ད་ལྟ་རྨོངས། །ད་ལྟའི་བརྩོན་པས་མ་ཕུལ་རིག་གནས་སྡུག །རྟེན་འབྲེལ་མ་རྟོགས་པས་ན་བསྒོམས་ཆུང་ཡང་དབེན། །སྒྲ་དང་སྙན་ངག་མངོན་བརྗོད་ཡོངས་མི་ཤེས། །དེས་ན་རྩོམ་ཆོས་བྱེད་པའི་སྤོངས་མིན་ཀྱང་། །གང་ཤར་ཆལ་ཆོལ་བྲིས་པའི་བློ་ཤར་ཚེ། །འབོད་རྩོམ་བཏགས་བཞིན་བྱེད་པའང་ཆེར་མ་གྲུབ། །དེས་ན་གང་དྲན་བྲིས་ཉེས་མཁས་པ་བཤགས། །ལེགས་གྱུར་དེ་བས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་ཕྱམ་གཅིག་ཏུ། །མཐའ་བྲལ་གནས་ལུགས་བཞི་ཡི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་རྟོགས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་བཞི་བགྲོད་ལམ་གྱིས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་རྫོགས། །སྐུ་གསུམ་འབྲས་བུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེ་ཐོབ་ཤོག །དེ་སྐད་སྨྲ་བ་པོ་ཡང་ཚེ་དབང་ལགས། །དགེའོ། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ། དགེའོ། ། ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་སྙན་བརྒྱུད་ཟུང་འབྲེལ་གྱི་བརྒྱུད་འདེབས་བྱིན་རླབས་གཏེར་མཛོད་འབྱེད་ཅིང་ཉམས་རྟོགས་འབྲས་བུ་མྱུར་དུ་སྨིན་བྱེད།

应噶玛仁增（ཀརྨ་རིག་འཛིན་）的劝请，瑜伽士策旺诺布贝（ཚེ་དབང་ནོར་བུ་དཔལ་གྱི་རྒྱ་མཚོ）于具喜铁鸡年（藏历，1981年）的善生月，在星宿、时辰、天空的证悟以及各种天神的成就修持增进之际，于斯马康（སྨར་ཁམས་）寂静宗的寺院顶上书写。 说： 我因往昔未学，故今愚昧。 今生勤奋不够，学问浅薄。 因未领悟缘起，故禅修虽小亦寂静。 音韵、诗歌、名相皆不通晓。 因此，虽非创作之能手。 然随心所欲写下所思所想之时。 模仿他人之作亦未成功。 因此，将所想写下之过失向智者忏悔。 若有善妙之处，愿以此令一切众生。 证悟离边四法印。 以四瑜伽之道圆满法印。 愿得三身果位大法印。 说此语者亦为策旺。 善哉！ 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（梵文，Sarva Mangalam，一切吉祥！）。 善哉！ 大手印口耳传承双运之传承祈请文，开启加持宝藏，迅速成熟证悟之果。

At the urging of Karma Rigdzin, the yogi Tsewang Norbu Pelgye Gyatso wrote this at the top of the monastery in the secluded Dzong of Smar Khams during the auspicious month of the Iron Chicken year (Tibetan calendar, 1981), when the realization of stars, times, and the sky, and the accomplishment and practice of various deities were increasing. He said: Because I have not studied in the past, I am ignorant now. My efforts in this life are not enough, and my knowledge is shallow. Because I have not understood dependent origination, even small meditation is secluded. I do not understand phonetics, poetry, or terminology at all. Therefore, although I am not skilled at writing compositions, when I write down whatever comes to mind haphazardly, imitating the works of others has not been successful either. Therefore, I confess to the wise ones the mistakes of writing down what I thought. If there is any goodness, may it enable all beings to realize the four seals of the state beyond extremes. May the seals be perfected by the path of the four yogas. May I attain the great seal of the fruit of the three bodies. The one who speaks these words is also Tsewang. Good! Sarva Mangalam (梵文，Sarva Mangalam，All auspiciousness!). Good! The lineage prayer of the Great Seal oral transmission union, opening the treasure of blessings, quickly ripening the fruit of realization.
