祈请无死怙主坛城诸尊，祈请您加持此刻成就无死，成办长寿助缘并遣除障碍。祈请空行护法财神伏藏主，祈请您加持此刻成就无死。如是长寿成就金刚鬘之，根本传承上师本尊坛城尊，以及空行护法所有护法众，以专注祈请之加持力，令我获得修持正法之善妙所依高贵之身，生生世世皆能出身名门，相貌端严，根器聪利，无病长寿，圆满丰饶，精通取舍因果，成为拥有殊胜财富之贤者，值遇指引正道之良师益友，善于依止圣者，获得密咒之成熟解脱，视誓言胜于生命般珍重守护，精勤二种次第，功德现前。令五蕴清净成熟为天神之身，有迁转之死亡解脱于无迁转之法界，烦恼融入无漏无变之安乐，二障如彩虹般消散于虚空。愿能圆满虚空般广大之诸佛坛城，以化身遍布虚空，救度所有众生，以随顺所化之游戏，将轮回与寂灭之边际解脱，安置于无上菩提之境地。如是，此乃为长寿成就金刚鬘之灌顶、教导、口传三者传承上师所作之祈请文。应金刚弟子、以虔诚恭敬之心示现殊胜妙龄之娘堆色瓦康玛无死嘉波之祈请，由持明者策旺诺布于木牛年萨嘎月之红方第三日，在康区松确之普扎静修处琼普所书写。吉祥圆满！ 长寿成就金刚鬘传承祈请文。

I pray to the assembly of deities in the mandala of the immortal protector. Bless me to accomplish immortality at this time. Accomplish the conducive conditions for longevity and dispel obstacles. I pray to the dakinis, Dharma protectors, wealth deities, and treasure lords. Bless me to accomplish immortality at this time. Thus, to the root and lineage lamas, yidams, mandala deities of the Vajra Garland of Longevity Accomplishment, And to the assembly of dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, Through the blessings of praying with one-pointed devotion, May I obtain a noble body, a good basis for practicing the sacred Dharma. In all lives, may I be born into a noble family, with a beautiful form and clear senses. May I be free from illness, have a long life, be rich in abundance, and increase in wealth. May I be skilled in understanding cause and effect, and be rich in noble wealth. May I meet virtuous spiritual friends who show the unerring path. May I be skilled in relying on holy beings and obtain the ripening and liberation of mantra. May I cherish and protect the samaya more than my life. May I strive in the two stages and manifest qualities. May the aggregates be purified and ripen into the body of a deity. May death with transference be liberated into the immutable space. May afflictions dissolve into uncontaminated, unchanging bliss. May the two obscurations, like rainbow bodies, dissolve into the sky. Having completely perfected the mandala of the victorious ones, as vast as space, May I emanate throughout the sky with emanations, liberating all sentient beings without exception, Through the play of taming them, may I liberate them from the extremes of samsara and nirvana, And establish them in the supreme state of enlightenment. Thus, this is the prayer to the lineage lamas of the empowerment, instruction, and transmission of the Vajra Garland of Longevity Accomplishment. At the request of the Vajra disciple, Nyangtod Sewa Khangmar Achime Gyalpur, who showed the supreme youth of faith and devotion, this was written by the Vidyadhara Tsewang Norbu on the third day of the red side of the Saga month in the Wood Ox year, at the meditation place of Kyunphuk in Kongyul Sungkor.
