To the perfectly accomplished, excellent one, I pray, for the two benefits. The seven complete sons of the treasure, the pinnacle of the lineage is the learned and accomplished one, The divine son, the ultimate rebirth, the master of awareness, Snyingpo, I pray. To the master of awareness who is diligent on the profound path, without distraction, And to the manifestly accomplished, Great Bliss Flourishing, I pray, for the two benefits. Having received the prophecy of Guru Rinpoche, all who connect are ripened and liberated, The incomparable lord, Great Bliss Radiant, I pray, for the two benefits. Padma empowerment, showing the master of the teachings, The prince, master of awareness, Tsewang Norbu, I pray, for the two benefits. In one lifetime of practice, to the permanently blissful Buddha state, The kind root guru who guides me, I pray, for the two benefits. The nature of the guru is Padma Vajra Power, The complete nine assemblies, the vast array of yidams, I pray, for the two benefits. The guru's playful display is the heroes and dakinis, And the countless Dharma protectors and treasure lords that arise, I pray, for the two benefits. Thus, the guru's mind is the general collection, The root and lineage gurus, yidams, and dakinis, By the power of praying with one-pointedness, The blessings of the three roots deities enter the heart. May the four empowerments fully ripen my being, May I quickly attain the wisdom dominion of the generation stage. May all minor and major activities be accomplished without obstruction, May I fully attain the supreme state of Vajradhara. May I traverse the ultimate path of the completion stage, the path of all Buddhas, The most secret pinnacle of the nine vehicles, the Great Perfection, Like cutting through, severing from the depths of the heart. May I exhaust the four visions of Tögal. May the completion stage appear to individual trainees, May I attain the self-liberation of all dharmas, the Great Seal beyond extremes. May I cherish the illusory appearances of the Perfections as friends, May I manifest the truth of the noble ones in this way. The supreme secret path of union wisdom dakinis, The swift messengers, the two doors above and below, Pressing the vital points of the channels, winds, and bindus, May I quickly accomplish the supreme body of union great bliss. Thus, may I manifest enlightenment in this very life, Even if I do not accomplish it due to lesser fortune and diligence, May the doors of rebirth in the six realms of samsara be completely cut off, May I rest in the pure land of the Nirmanakaya, and attain enlightenment. Even if I am born in existence, by the power of karma and aspiration, May I obtain a leisure and endowed body, and meet the holy guru. Skilled in relying on virtuous spiritual friends, May I spontaneously accomplish the two benefits of complete ripening and liberation.

从今直至我获得菩提心要之间，愿能视上师为真佛，并善于取舍因果之信。尤其甚深密咒之誓言心髓，无论境遇好坏，苦乐顺逆，皆不违越，不顾自身性命，于诸佛之至道精进努力。如是以上师之纯净虔诚，引出空性大悲双运，圆满二资粮，成为无边众生之怙主，愿能圆满成办利我上师之事业。此乃由上师意集之灌顶、引导、口传等伏藏之子所传之祈请发愿文。应龙博吉之颜面，娘杰等为主之家族，以信心恭敬为生计之丹增竹扎父子屡屡殷重劝请，故于东方大藏地所生之持明者，咒之班智达华才旺诺布于火蛇年（1977）五月红分圆满之时，在意集伏藏地仁钦巴瓦处，于座间片刻书写，善哉！ 于上师意集之灌顶、口传、窍诀之传承上师作祈请，加持心要之精华。

From this moment until I attain the essence of Bodhi, may I see the Lama as the actual Buddha, and may I be skilled in accepting and rejecting the belief in cause and effect. Especially the heart essence of the secret mantra samaya, no matter how good or bad the circumstances, happiness or suffering, favorable or adverse, may I not violate it, regardless of my own life, and may I strive diligently on the supreme path of all Buddhas. Thus, with pure devotion to the Lama, may I bring forth the union of emptiness and great compassion, complete the two accumulations, become the protector of limitless beings, and may I completely accomplish the activities of the Lama who benefits me. This is the prayer and aspiration transmitted from the treasure son of the empowerment, guidance, and oral transmission of the Lama Gongdü (Lama Gathering of Intentions). At the urging of Longpo Gying's face, the family headed by Nyangje, and Tenzin Druk Drak and his son, who live by faith and reverence, the Vidyadhara born in the great eastern Tibetan region, the mantra pandita Pal Tshewang Norbu, wrote this at the treasure site of Gongdü, Rinchen Barwa, during a break in the session on the great auspicious occasion of the full red side of the fifth month of the Fire Snake year (1977). May it be virtuous! A prayer to the lineage Lamas of the empowerment, oral transmission, and pith instructions of the Lama Gongdü, taking the essence of the heart of blessings.
