By constantly generating faith in the deities and the Guru, striving in prayer, and diligently practicing longevity practices, obstacles to life will be cleared away. Obstacles to life are most severe at forty-six, nine, and fifty years of age. If one can be liberated from these, one will live for a while. After passing away, one will temporarily go to another place. Then, having obtained a body with leisure and endowment, being blessed by Khasarpani (Namkhai Nyingpo), being taken care of and entering the Vajrayana, thus offering sacred objects, mantra knots, water, Vajrasattva pills, etc. The samaya substances have not arrived here, so I have not been able to offer them. To the supreme dancer who possesses unwavering faith, Do Chen Gyalsay Senge, father and son, in good health.
