༈ Offered to Situ Rinpoche ༈ Offered to Situ Rinpoche Swasti! The great Karmapa's lineage of rebirths, blessed by the Lord of the World. Before the thirteenth, it was prophesied by Orgyen Guru, and this deity is also certainly inspired by the vajra speech of Padmasambhava, the great master of Orgyen's master. Therefore, up to this point, it has been accomplished without error. From now on, how will it change with the power of time? After your passing, the religious and political affairs will be managed by the Zhwa-dmar (Shamarpa) lineage of rebirths. The actual Karmapa's reincarnation, the one who binds the crest jewel, has already been perfectly accomplished, so the matter of enthroning the Zhwa-dmar (Shamarpa) is difficult for anyone else to accomplish from now on. Before the great Karmapa, the thirteenth, the great actor of all the victorious ones, I am trembling with the thought of whether or not he will consider this matter, and I am carefully requesting that he not be displeased, and that he consider my words to be true. Some of the ways in which you remember your own lineage of rebirths, including secret instructions, were finally given in the palace of the Dharmadhatu. Pawo Rinpoche, and the stewards of our upper and lower monasteries gathered, and you gave your authentic handwritten signature and seal, and now I have presented it with an auspicious day that will not be destroyed by water, along with your letter. It is very important that the thirteenth Karmapa and this present Zhwa-dmar (Shamarpa) have a single mind and heart during their lifetimes, and that they do not violate the interdependence, and I ask you to consider this as well.
