༈ Lord of Mar yul. ༈ Lord of Mar yul. To the esteemed Lord of Mar yul, father and mother together, I offer my most sincere respects. Presented in a simple, internal manner. From that time until now, based on the well-being of your body, I present the original manuscript, three copies of the son-text (replication), and two petitions from subordinates. In addition, the petition to be presented to Kyabje Drukpa was also delivered to Mar yul Byams Sprin on a certain day of the Tibetan month. Originally, it was thought that the later letters would arrive late, but in fact, there was almost no delay, arriving earlier than expected. Here, we have also gathered representatives from many countries and are now in a very busy time. However, as soon as the letter arrived, thinking of you as the students and patrons of the refuge, I prayed to the Three Jewels from the bottom of my heart and entrusted the Dharma protectors to carry out their tasks. In order to benefit you, I prayed intensely. In general, ominous signs have appeared since around the 12th, and it was particularly severe from a certain day to the time of the empty sky (Tibetan term), after which it gradually weakened. In general, the ghosts and spirits in that direction, as well as the newly arrived foreign demons, are causing trouble, which seems to be a sign of border warfare. I think it is necessary to carry out in-depth Dharma activities for many years, and there seems to be a special ritual. In the past, I have repeatedly expressed my concerns to all the kings and ministers, and I still keep them in mind now. Regarding the prince's confidant, the important person Tashi (bkra shis) did something inappropriate, and the subordinates were dissatisfied with this and said that it needs to be discussed and studied. The subordinates have reported this matter, but in the case of poor communication, I heard that the subordinates finally got angry. Therefore, please maintain fair laws in your jurisdiction and do not allow any bad people to abuse their power. As mentioned many times before, many private sealings are displeasing. I again request you to consider this matter, and it is best not to come here for the time being, because it does not look good to others. Aku King (a khu rgyal pos) has used the necessary binding and argumentation, and so far, he has certainly not violated this promise, and he will certainly not violate it in the future. Therefore, there is no need for any internal speculation. However, please be sure to read the letters repeatedly. I have added separate notes to some of the clauses and presented them. In particular, for the common benefit of the king, ministers, and people, I also sent a friendly letter to Kyabje Drukpa and urged him to pay attention to the most important things. Since I earnestly seek refuge and protection from the depths of my heart, if no major misfortune has occurred before receiving this letter, and if there are no mistakes in performing rituals, making efforts, and arranging auspiciousness after receiving the letter, then sins and faults will be pacified. Therefore, do not worry too much about this, but it is very important to support the rituals with a calm, relaxed, and stable mind. In general, if there was no path before, then it will definitely be helpful due to the power of seeking refuge from the depths of my heart. In such a situation, many Tibetans, Monpas, and Nepalese people have gathered in this place, and although it is a time when many major affairs must be accomplished and it is very busy. Still, from the depths of my heart, with love, I earnestly pray for refuge and protection for the parents and son, and pay close attention.
