༈ 水猴年。 ༈ 水猴年。 于诸位胜者之意乐，大菩萨众尊之身旁，以内道简易之方式，献上法界无垢之面。如今，能毫无懈怠地侍奉胜者，实乃恩德浩大。我亦在此方众生如野牦牛般狂暴的波涛汹涌之中，尚能保持菩提心之舟不被摧毁。特此恳请。往昔，第五世一切智者以珍爱之心，辛勤建立的被称为“尊胜寺”的寺院，胜者之金刚触及的成熟解脱之仪轨法行，后迁至日宗。此后，在卫藏动乱时期衰败，若能重建，岂不甚妙？此念长久萦绕于心。虽略尽绵薄之力，然因缘之关键未能促成。至今心中仍怀有深深的渴望，然我因事务缠身，未能善巧成办。如今，一切智者胜者安坐于狮子座上，成为雪域政教之主之时，重建此寺正当其时。然卫藏地区教派众多，或稍有不妥，若能在工布地区择地而建，则更佳。工布娘康一带，有处名为“曲空孜”，乃前世噶举派之属地，据说曾是六十余僧众的生计之所。转世活佛历代转世之地，于木牛年未曾拜访，故该喇嘛声称需将寺院之权及财产献予我，因未生起贪执之心而未允。据说当时曾邀请色拉寺的一位饶绛巴前去，然未如实安住于正见之上。于彼处重建旧寺，似为适宜。此外，如扎扎贡、扎贡扎桑、措宗等地，何处更佳，请胜者以智慧之眼审视，为圆满历代胜者之意愿，务必重建此尊胜寺。为此，我恳切祈请。虽我自身力量微薄，难以承担所有费用，然愿尽己所能，在因缘等方面提供协助，恳请垂允。

༈ Water Monkey Year. ༈ Water Monkey Year. To the assembly of great Bodhisattvas, the embodiment of the Victorious One's aspirations, I offer the unadulterated face of Dharmadhatu in a simple, internal manner. It is a great kindness that the Victorious One is now tirelessly engaged in his activities. I, too, amidst the turbulent waves of wild beings in this region, have managed to keep the boat of altruism from being destroyed. I earnestly request your attention. In the past, the great omniscient Fifth Victorious One cherished and diligently established the monastery known as Namgyal Monastery. The rituals and practices of maturation and liberation through the Vajra touch of the Victorious One were later moved to Ritö. Subsequently, it declined during the disturbances in Ü-Tsang. The thought of rebuilding it has long been in my mind. Although I have made some small efforts, I have not been able to accomplish it due to a crucial aspect of interdependence. Even now, I still have a deep longing in my heart, but I have not been able to skillfully accomplish it due to my busy life. Now that the great omniscient Victorious One is seated on the Lion Throne, ruling over both the temporal and spiritual affairs of Tibet, it is definitely the right time to rebuild it. However, since there are many different schools in Ü-Tsang, it might be slightly inappropriate. I think it would be better to build it in Kongpo. In the Kongpo Nyingtri area, there is a place called Chökhongtse, which belongs to the former Kagyu lineage and is said to have been the livelihood of about sixty monks. The successive incarnations of the lama did not visit in the Wood Ox year, so the lama claimed that he should offer the monastery's rights and property to me, but I did not do so because I did not have any desire for greed. It is said that a Rabjampa from Sera Monastery was invited there at that time, but he did not abide by the correct view. It seems appropriate to rebuild the old monastery there. In addition, please consider which of the other places, such as Trakdrak Tsagong, Tsagong Zasang, and Tso Dzong, is better, and rebuild this original Namgyal Monastery in order to fulfill the wishes of the previous Victorious Ones. For this, I earnestly pray. Although I am unable to bear all the expenses with my own strength and resources, I would like to offer whatever assistance I can in terms of interdependence, etc. Please grant your approval.
