Adornment of the head of the guide of beings, like an ocean, the Protector of the Snowy Land, supreme protector of beings including gods, at the lotus feet, adorned with a golden wheel, on the supremely beautiful stamen of the lotus, I humbly and respectfully request: From countless eons ago, you have generated the supreme Bodhicitta, thinking only of benefiting others, pleasing countless millions of Buddhas, perfecting the immeasurable three accumulations, manifesting and approaching the supreme state of Buddhahood, benefiting the suffering beings of the degenerate age, appearing supreme as the source of happiness, as the guide of definite goodness, you are the embodiment of the union of the sword of wisdom and the white lotus mudra of love for all beings, the most noble in the world, the lord of all beings who seizes the splendor of the earth, on the throne held high by the fearless Harapaksha, the Vajra body dwells unshakably, pervaded by your immense kindness. Here, even for me, who am smaller than a free-wandering renunciate, you have never abandoned me from the realm of your great compassion, the decree previously granted to my companion Bhikshu, and the first precious offering to the great Svayambhu Stupa - ten taels of gold, and this time through the horse relay, considering the happiness of general and individual beings, to go to Upper Ngari (present-day western Tibet, China), there is no need to request a decree again, and you will bestow road permits etc. with great kindness. According to the calculations made by the great Tsongkhapa and Nyarampa in the past, the amount of gold is sufficient, but the copper is somewhat insufficient. The umbrellas, Dharma wheels, and nets were made of thin copper because the Nepalese were very stingy with money for the previous copper and gold, so it will be difficult to carry out timely repairs in the future. This time, I plan to make some Dharma wheels with thick copper that I can afford, but although the copper production of some Dharma wheels has not been completed, the war in the upper region is also particularly important. I have already reported to the esteemed master according to the order, and my own vows have become thorns in my heart. For the protection of many beings and great altruism, although I don't know much about the situation in the upper region, I aim for auspiciousness like illusion, and in order to please the Victorious Ones, I disregarded my life and immediately prepared to set off after receiving the order this time. Now, I have left the Great Self-Arisen Stupa and arrived at the great sacred site of Nepal, Dzogi Akar, which is said to be one of the four sacred sites of Vajrasana. In addition, some situations are as mentioned above. In general, not just words, but for the sake of the teachings and beings, the merits of the yogi's space have been reduced. For the benefit and happiness of all, I sincerely pray that the lotus feet of the supreme protector may be as firm as Mount Vajra, and I pray that you will make it a meaningful and great result. With the compassionate eyes of Avalokiteśvara, riding on a sacred object as white as a snow mountain, from the abode of the first victor in the red direction of Angira Black Moon, the mandala of the yogi's space where the dakinis manifest and gather, the application presented by me, Rigzin Gyal Kham Pa, Sarva Mangalam (藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥).
