༈ 来自聂（Gnyal）的格日（Ge Ri）。 ༈ 来自聂（Gnyal）的格日（Ge Ri）。 那摩咕噜贝玛耶。（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཡེ，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु पद्म ये，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Guru Padma Ye，汉语字面意思：顶礼莲师。） 暇满人身虽已得，然生于五浊恶世，心甚忧。 虽已得见具德上师，然未生起净信，心甚忧。 虽已获得甚深窍诀甘露，然未勤奋修持，心甚忧。 虽知故乡乃魔境而舍弃，然为人世八法所缚，心甚忧。 虽欲于无余虹身生起定解，然沉溺于轮回错觉，心甚忧。 虽欲于无偏国土寄托愿景，然被众多权贵奉为上师，心甚忧。 虽欲于世间幻灭寄托希望，然为错觉执着所缚，心甚忧。 虽由衷渴望成办利他伟业，然至今自利亦未成，心甚忧。 ༈ 来自聂（Gnyal）的格日（Ge Ri）。

༈ From Ge Ri, Nyal. ༈ From Ge Ri, Nyal. Namo Guru Padmaye. Though I have obtained this precious human body, I am saddened to have been born in this degenerate age. Though I have met a virtuous lama, I am saddened that devotion and circumambulation have not occurred. Though I have obtained the nectar of profound and secret instructions, I am saddened that I have not been diligent in practice. Though I have recognized and abandoned my homeland as a demonic realm, I am saddened by the bonds of the eight worldly concerns in this human realm. Though I wish to place my confidence in the non-residual rainbow body, I am saddened by being overwhelmed by the illusions of samsara. Though I wish to place my aspirations in an impartial kingdom, I am saddened to be revered as a lama by many powerful relatives. Though I wish to place my hopes in the disillusionment of the world, I am saddened to be bound by attachment to illusions. Though I sincerely desire to accomplish great deeds for the benefit of others, I am saddened that I have not yet accomplished even my own benefit. ༈ From Ge Ri, Nyal.
