༈ 口诀精要。 ༈ 口诀精要。 ༄༅། །口诀精要 敬礼！ ༈ 嗡 斯瓦斯谛。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭཱསྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！） 仅仅念诵名号也能摧毁痛苦的轮转， 祈请能使解脱之路得以圆满修习。 无与伦比的上师莲花生大乐， 是我的上师啊，恭敬顶礼。 有缘希求解脱、与我业缘相同的人， 若有，请听我这发自内心的话语。 暇满人身极其难得， 犹如优昙花般极为稀有。 何时离世没有定准，寿命没有定数， 如空中闪电般瞬间变迁消逝。 因果业力从不欺骗， 善恶取舍，要精通业力。 解脱的顺缘是成佛的果位， 而它的顺缘是密咒之路， 誓言被称为佛法的命脉。 这些都是珍贵的口诀。 修行的精要是安住于本性大手印和大圆满， 也就是认识自己心的本性。 认识自性，除了自己的觉性之外别无他物。 那么，心的本性是这样的， 无法用比喻、形象、特征来描述。 若说没有，则轮回涅槃一切显现； 若说有，则无法指认。 这就是心性本初的实相， 除了这实相之外，没有其他可寻。 安住于此，不散乱，在觉性中守护自性。 在真正的实相中，没有能修和所修。 然而，在基、道、光明尚未融合之前， 不散乱的忆念是诸佛的道路。 是这样，确定无疑，因此要守护忆念。 这也是超越思维的见地的究竟。 无有执着是禅修的顺缘。 不散乱的忆念是行为的顺缘。 无有希冀和恐惧是果位的自性。 说得再多也没有穷尽， 但简而言之，这些肺腑之言也能有所助益。 这是南方伏藏师列绕朗巴， 从其血统清净的家族中， 诞生的持明莲花梵音， 以及中部（卫藏）南方（洛扎）的王族后裔， 作为大臣，具有信心、恭敬、智慧和青春的， 为了利益名为次仁南嘉之人， 由莲花生大士的使者， 持明者策旺诺布， 在雪山中闻名遐迩的他， 于聂域（娘麦）（今西藏山南地区隆子县）的土地中心扎郭（地名）处， 瞬间写下这些话语， 此

༈ Heart Essence Instructions. ༈ Heart Essence Instructions. ༄༅། །Heart Essence Instructions reside here! ༈ Om Svasti. (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭཱསྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：Om, may there be well-being!) Merely uttering the name destroys the illusion of suffering, The supplication makes the path of liberation fully trained. The incomparable Guru Padmasambhava, great bliss, Is my guru, I prostrate with reverence. Fortunate ones desiring liberation, who share karma with me, If there are any, listen to this heartfelt talk of mine. This leisure and opportunity is extremely difficult to find, As rare as the Udumbara flower. There is no certainty when we will depart, life is uncertain, Like lightning in the sky, it changes in an instant and goes. Since the law of cause and effect never deceives, Be skilled in engaging with actions, abandoning negativity and adopting virtue. The conducive condition for liberation is the state of Buddhahood, And its conducive condition is the path of mantra. Samaya is known as the red life-force of Dharma. These are precious instructions for all of you. The essence of practice, the abiding nature of Mahamudra and Dzogchen, Is the very nature of one's own mind, awareness itself. There is nothing other than one's own awareness to recognize one's own face. That very nature of mind, how it is, Cannot be described with examples, forms, or characteristics. If you say it doesn't exist, all of samsara and nirvana arise; If you say it exists, there is nothing to point a finger at. That is the primordial nature of mind, There is nothing else to seek beyond that nature. Abide in that, without distraction, guarding your own face in awareness. In the true meaning, there is no object of cultivation or cultivator. However, until the ground and path of clear light are undifferentiated, Undistracted mindfulness is the path of all Buddhas. It is so, it is certain, therefore cultivate mindfulness. That is also the ultimate view beyond the intellect. Absence of fixation is the conducive condition for meditation. Undistracted mindfulness is the conducive condition for conduct. Absence of hope and fear is the nature of the result. Speaking much is endless, But in short, even these heartfelt words may be beneficial.
