༈ 不死青春的活力。 ༈ 不死青春的活力。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭཱ་སྟི།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svāsti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！）。 不死青春的活力热烈， 在充满欲望的春之女神的树上， 心灵的杜鹃鸣叫着“萨塔”， 一遍又一遍地宣告，真是奇妙。 一切形象皆是法身的自性光彩， 当显现的一切都是觉性的自性力量时， 贪恋欲望沉没于大乐的法界中， 所有生起的烦恼都成为智慧的助伴。 如果不了解这样的见地， 仅仅以柔和的行为，穿着羞耻的衣裳， 极力装扮，保持贞洁的姿态， 就认为这是所有解脱道的基础，努力追求， 如果真正的智慧没有在相续中生起， 用柳条和布衣装饰又有什么用呢？ 如果没有成为不变安乐的助伴， 僧侣男女的结合就是在欺骗胜者。 因此，用信仰的眼睛向上看吧， 在这难得的闲暇圆满的人身获得之时， 为了渡过难以逾越的轮回大海， 将清净的戒律誓言视为大船。 如此这般，以发自内心的慈爱，劝诫之语， 在众多年轻女子的集会中， 对于无所顾忌的拥抱交合之事经常行持的， 由持明者策旺诺布唱成歌。 萨瓦 曼嘎拉姆。（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalaṃ，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！） ༈ 不死青春的活力。

The vigor of immortal youth is fervent, On the tree of the desire-filled spring goddess, The cuckoo of the mind sings "Sata," Declaring it again and again, it is truly wondrous. All forms are the self-radiance of the Dharmakaya, When whatever appears is the self-power of awareness, Attachment and desire sink into the realm of great bliss, All arising afflictions become great friends of wisdom. If one does not understand such a view, Merely with gentle conduct, wearing the clothes of shame, Striving to adorn oneself, maintaining a chaste demeanor, And considering this to be the basis of all paths to liberation, striving for it, If true wisdom has not arisen in the continuum, What is the use of decorating with willow branches and cloth garments? If it has not become a companion of unchanging bliss, The union of monks and nuns is deceiving the Victorious Ones. Therefore, look upwards with the eyes of faith, At this time when the rare leisure and endowment of human life is obtained, In order to cross the insurmountable ocean of samsara, Consider the great ship of pure vows and precepts. Thus, with loving-kindness from the heart, words of advice, In the midst of a gathering of many young women, For those who constantly engage in the act of uninhibited embrace and union, This was sung as a song by the Vidyadhara Tsewang Norbu.
