༈ སྒྲོལ་མ་པ་上师师徒的教诲。 ༈ སྒྲོལ་མ་པ་上师师徒的教诲。 如来教诲般，取舍因与果。 敬信勤依止上师，誓言铭刻于心。 轮回诸痛苦，永无止息时。 人生如朝露，转瞬即逝去。 一旦临终时，空手握双拳。 莫待彼时至，生圆勤修持。 如是勤诵念，永无止息时。 肺腑之言语，于此略述之。 铭记于心中，必得安乐果。 何时会离世，无人能预知。 若不铭记于心，懒散度时光。 终将自欺瞒，毫无疑问也。 无心失正法，观之内心惭。 徒劳无益事，为之生厌倦。 死主阎罗前，思之心胆寒。 有为法之性，顷刻即显现。 呜呼哀哉甚，至心求正法。 时光之流逝，何时视为鞭策？ 于寂静修行处，宜固守要地。 如是语者我，瑜伽疯行者。 不念及死亡，生、死、中有诸。 视如幻化般，莫犹豫不决。 无依无怙者，安住于适意。 将去往何处？有处可投奔。 乃极乐净土也，所系皆具义。 乃解脱道也，如是之定解。 若无此定解，至心勤修持。 呜呼我可怜，来世将如何？ 既知所作无意义，思维令其有意义。 此乃持明者，为སྒྲོལ་མ་པ་上师师徒所唱之歌，善哉！ ༈ སྒྲོལ་མ་པ་上师师徒的教诲。

༈ Instructions to the Abbot and Disciples of Drolma Pa. ༈ Instructions to the Abbot and Disciples of Drolma Pa. Like the Buddha's teachings, adopt and abandon based on cause and effect. Strive with devotion and respect for the Lama, hold vows as the core of your heart. The sufferings of samsara never end. Life is but a moment, passing swiftly. When death comes, you will grasp empty hands. Before that happens, cultivate the generation and completion stages. Speaking of such things never ends. A few words from the heart are spoken here. If you keep them in your heart, you will surely attain the fruit of happiness. Death is uncertain, yet you do not think of it. This idle wandering will surely deceive you in the end. Looking at the heartless and those who have lost the Sutra, I am ashamed from the bottom of my heart. Engaging in unnecessary activities, I feel regret. Thinking of the Lord of Death, the demon, my heart trembles. The inherent nature of compounded things is about to be revealed quickly. Alas, how pitiful! Seek the Dharma of death from the bottom of your heart. When will the changes of time be seen as a spur? In a secluded hermitage, it is wise to hold a strong position. Such a speaker, a crazy yogi, Not remembering death, all of birth, death, and the bardo, Seem like illusions, not hesitating. A homeless, broken hut, dwells in ease. Where to go? There is a place to rely on. It is Sukhavati, where all connections are meaningful. It is the path of liberation. Such certainty, If you do not have it, meditate from the bottom of your heart. Alas, how wretched I am! What will the future be like? Thinking that what has been done is meaningless, make it meaningful.
