༈ 教言精选白莲花。 ༈ 教言精选白莲花。 स्वास्ति (藏文，梵文天城体：स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：svasti，汉语字面意思：吉祥)。以虔诚之心屡屡向我致敬者，智慧明亮的太阳金刚之信函已至。于无数草木之中，获得闲暇圆满之，白莲花，仅此一次。莫将放逸散乱托付于睡眠，一心修持生圆次第，实乃有意义。难忍之疾病乃往昔之业，若从内心修持正法，乃是策励。为业所摄之鬼神部多等，若从内心深处生起慈悲，亦将成为助伴。将上师视为凡夫之执着，与信念摇摆不定者，无有成就。因此，无论发生何种苦乐、善恶，对上师、佛陀之敬信，应舍弃摇摆不定。认识到本尊与上师无别，修持本尊念诵，能成就今生来世之大利益。即便拥有众多愤怒忿怒尊之心咒，也仅能暂时消除违缘，无法获得恒常之安乐。因此，应以恒常之安乐为目标，发起菩提心，努力修持本尊念诵。若你对我从内心深处生起敬信，请赤裸裸地观看信仰之自性、自明。见此，自明便显现为上师之体性。此乃甚深道上师瑜伽之精髓。若广说词句，则无有穷尽之时。若将修持归纳为精髓，则尽在于此。如是，佛陀夏尊之后裔，吉隆（Gyirong，位于中国西藏自治区日喀则市）商贸之地的上师尼多瓦（Nyidorwa），因受疾病鬼神之困扰，故以慈悲之心，无有偏颇之虚空瑜伽士，持明者策旺诺布（Tsewang Norbu），于拉莫岗（Lhamo Gang）所著之短文。 Sarva Mangalam (藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥)。 ༈ 教言精选白莲花。

To those who repeatedly prostrate to me with faith, the letter from the wise Nyima Dorje has arrived. Among countless grasses and trees, obtaining the leisure and endowment of a white lotus is only this once. Without entrusting carelessness and distraction to sleep, single-pointedly meditating on the generation and completion stages is meaningful. Unbearable illness is due to past karma, so if you practice the sacred Dharma from the heart, it is an encouragement. Even the spirits and elementals gathered by karma, if compassion arises from the depths of your heart, will become companions. Holding the lama as an ordinary person and having wavering faith will not bring accomplishments. Therefore, whatever happiness or suffering, good or bad, may arise, abandon wavering devotion to the lama and the Buddha. Recognizing that the deity and the lama are inseparable, practicing the deity's meditation and recitation will accomplish great benefit in this life and the next. Even if you have many wrathful mantras of an agitated mind, they may only temporarily dispel obstacles and will not bring lasting peace. Therefore, aiming for lasting happiness, generate bodhicitta and strive to practice the deity's meditation and recitation. If you develop heartfelt devotion to me, look nakedly at the self-nature and self-awareness of faith. Seeing that, self-awareness will dawn as the essence of the lama. That itself is the essence of the profound path of guru yoga. If you elaborate with many words, there is no end. If you condense the practice into its essence, it all comes down to that. Thus, Nyidorwa, a lama from the Kyirong (Gyirong, located in Shigatse, Tibet Autonomous Region, China) trading center, a descendant of Buddha Shakyamuni, being afflicted by illness and spirits, out of compassion, Tshewang Norbu, a sky yogi without partiality, a vidyadhara, wrote this short text from Lhamo Gang.
