༈ 教言歌集圆满月 ༈ 教言歌集圆满月 स्वास्ति (藏文，梵文天城体，svasti，吉祥)。三世诸佛之自性，忆念能除轮回寂灭一切衰，根本上师大乐洲者，于头顶忆念，向您如是说。 暇满人身此难得，莫令虚度空耗甚珍惜。 死主魔军何时至不定，勤修善业及早为要甚珍惜。 业果此理终不欺，断恶行善从心努力甚珍惜。 究竟目标是殊胜之佛法，最终于成佛道上努力甚珍惜。 莫为放逸散乱所左右，于十种法行尽力行持甚珍惜。 遮止不净显现生起次第，专注殊胜本尊之身甚珍惜。 平息障碍清净罪障之殊胜，念诵本尊咒语也极甚珍惜。 诸法中之精髓乃是，上师之誓言故如生命般珍惜。 彼亦是对圆满正觉生信之，坚定信心从心底深处珍惜。 菩提心之修学唯利他，恒常修持慈悲心甚珍惜。 如是说来事业无有尽头故，教义精髓暂时掌握仅此而已。 如是阿里（约公元10世纪后建立的古格王国）方向具信心，圆满月者屡次再三，恳请莫减欢喜，雪域（指西藏）化身持明者，以增上意乐略作此语之，善根愿您亦成就菩提果。 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文，梵文天城体，sarva maṅgalaṃ，一切吉祥）！ ༈ 教言歌集圆满月

Supreme self-nature of all Buddhas of the three times, Protector who eliminates all the downfalls of samsara and nirvana through remembrance. Root Guru Dechen Lingpa, remembering you on my crown, I speak to you thus. This precious human body with leisure and endowments is difficult to obtain, Cherish it by not letting it go to waste meaninglessly. The Lord of Death, the demon, may come at any time, it is uncertain, Cherish cultivating virtuous actions with early diligence. This law of karma is never deceiving, Cherish striving from the heart to abandon evil and adopt virtue. The ultimate goal is the sacred Dharma, Cherish striving on the path to ultimate Buddhahood. Without being swayed by carelessness and distraction, Cherish striving as much as possible in the ten practices of Dharma. The generation stage is to prevent impure appearances, Cherish focusing the mind on the form of the supreme deity. The supreme way to pacify obstacles and purify obscurations, Reciting the mantra of the Yidam is also extremely cherished. The essence of all Dharmas is, The Guru's samaya, therefore cherish it like life. Furthermore, having faith in the fully enlightened Buddha, Cherish firm faith from the depths of your heart. The Bodhisattva's training is solely for the benefit of others, Cherish constantly cultivating loving-kindness and compassion. There is no end to the deeds if we were to speak of such things, For the time being, grasp only this much of the essence of the teachings. Thus, from the direction of Ngari (the ancient Guge Kingdom established after the 10th century AD), a faithful person, Puntsok Dawa, repeatedly and again, requested without diminishing joy, that the vidyadhara who became the embodiment of the snowy land (Tibet), with increased intention, speak these few words, May you also ripen the fruit of enlightenment through this virtue.
