༈ 口诀精要心髓。 ༈ 口诀精要心髓。 嗟呼，有信心者请听此言！闲暇圆满之人身实难得， 何时死亡不定当铭记于心，临终有益当修持殊胜之佛法。 依止不欺之皈依处三宝，生起视一切众生为父母之心， 费力小而意义大，积累资粮曼扎，清净罪障，努力修持百字明。 为使一切诸佛之教法兴盛，唯赞依止善知识上师之法。 因此，对具深切信心的上师，恳切祈祷，莫作虚情假意的祈祷。 密宗生起次第，观想显空如幻，圆满次第，认识心性本面， 无散乱，恒常稳固忆念，并且以菩提心摄持。 教义精要，对轮回生起厌离心，以上师之敬信，誓言为命根。 身语意三门不懈怠，努力行善，莫使暇满空耗，当取精华。 因不喜众多词句之繁琐，此乃摄集教义精要之语。 由持明者策旺诺布，对阿觉丹增巴所作之教诲。 སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ། (藏文，सर्व मङ्गलम्，sarva maṅgalam，一切吉祥！) ༈ 口诀精要心髓。

༈ Quintessential Instructions: Condensed Essence. ༈ Quintessential Instructions: Condensed Essence. Listen here, you faithful ones! This precious leisure and endowment is hard to find, Remember in your heart that death is uncertain, and practice the sacred Dharma that benefits at the time of death. Rely on the infallible refuge, the Three Jewels, and generate the mind that sees all beings as your parents, Accumulate merit with the mandala offering, which requires little effort but has great meaning, and diligently purify obscurations with the essence of the Hundred Syllable mantra. To make the Victorious One's teachings flourish everywhere, only the way to rely on a virtuous friend, the lama, is praised. Therefore, to the lama in whom you have deep faith, offer unwavering prayers with sincere devotion. In the path of mantra, the generation stage, visualize appearance and emptiness as illusion, and in the completion stage, recognize the nature of your own mind, Maintain constant and unwavering mindfulness without distraction, and also seize it with the mind of enlightenment. The essence of the teachings is to turn away from attachment to samsara, and to establish devotion to the lama and your vows as the core of your life. Diligent in virtue with body, speech, and mind, without laziness, do not let leisure and endowment go to waste, but take its essence. Because I dislike the elaboration of many words, this is a talk condensing the essence of the teachings.
