༈ 尊者米拉在修行地拉日的扎沃山洞中，为了自己而创作的忠告之歌。 ༈ 尊者米拉在修行地拉日的扎沃山洞中，为了自己而创作的忠告之歌。 唉玛！ 听着，才旺诺布先生！ 获得暇满人身仅此一次。 不努力修持具有精华的正法，却能忍受虚度光阴吗？从内心想想。 现在我将要说一些心血般的教诲，你要牢记在心。 放纵身体，像死尸一样躺着，还有比这更甚的解脱之敌吗？ 赞美之词和甜言蜜语的应酬，还有比这更甚的通往解脱之路的障碍吗？ 今生自以为是，傲慢地讲经说法，还有比这更甚的堕入恶道的悬崖吗？ 只顾自己快乐的贪恋执着，还有比这更甚的浪费生命、破坏安乐的因素吗？ 心中产生的偏袒、执着、嗔恨，还有比这更甚的地狱痛苦的种子吗？ 自己内心没有调伏的傲慢，还有比这更甚的焚烧善根的火焰吗？ 对他人进行讽刺和嫉妒，还有比这更甚的彻底摧毁未来的厉鬼吗？ 对朋友和眷属产生贪恋，还有比这更甚的成就殊胜之道的障碍吗？ 贪恋茶、肉、酒和美味的食物，还有比这更甚的摧毁寂静处的强盗吗？ 贪恋女人、肉体和美丽的容貌，还有比这更甚的拉入深渊的巨石吗？ 想要积累各种各样的财富，还有比这更甚的摧毁安乐的强盗吗？ 讲经说法很精通，但自己内心没有调伏，还有比这更甚的自己欺骗自己吗？ 说的话好听，但没有抓住要点，还有比这更甚的毫无意义的空谈吗？ 把修法推到明天、后天，拖延时间，还有比这更甚的黑魔的欺骗吗？ 顾及他人情面，没有获得自由，还有比这更甚的自己束缚自己的绳索吗？ 喋喋不休，说些玩笑嬉戏的话，还有比这更甚的偷走圣财的盗贼吗？ 内心急躁，产生愤怒，还有比这更甚的摧毁忍辱的凶恶鬼怪吗？ 这些都是修法的敌人，这些敌人表面上看起来对你有利， 你没有意识到它们在欺骗你，却被它们所控制，真是可悲啊！ 现在无常之法已经显现，稍微从这些敌人的手中解脱出来吧！ 现在努力还来得及，如果现在不努力， 就会陷入业力痛苦的海洋的监狱中，被轮回的绳索紧紧束缚， 用自己所造的武器刺穿自己的心肝，皈依处啊！

Think from the bottom of your heart. Now I will tell you some heart-blood advice, keep it in mind. Indulging the body, lying like a corpse, who is a greater enemy of Dharma liberation than this? This bustle of praise and sweet talk, who is a greater obstacle to the white path than this? This life's self-importance, arrogant Dharma talk, who is a greater cliff of wrong action than this? This great attachment to one's own happiness, who is a greater cause of wasting life and destroying happiness than this? This mind's partiality, attachment, and hatred, who is a greater seed of hellish suffering than this? This untamed and arrogant mind, who is a greater fire that burns the seeds of virtue than this? This sarcasm and jealousy towards others, who is a greater evil spirit that completely destroys future plans than this? This attachment to friends and companions, who is a greater obstacle to accomplishing the supreme path than this? This craving for tea, meat, alcohol, and delicious food, who is a greater robber that destroys solitary places than this? This attachment to women, flesh, and beautiful forms, who is a greater sinking stone that pulls you down than this? This desire to accumulate all kinds of wealth, who is a greater bandit that destroys happiness than this? Speaking Dharma skillfully, but one's own mind is not tamed, who is a greater self-deception than this? Words that are sweet but do not hit the point, who is a greater meaningless talk than this? Postponing Dharma practice to tomorrow, the next day, who is a greater deception of the black demon than this? Protecting the faces of others, not obtaining freedom, who is a greater rope that binds oneself than this? Chattering incessantly, telling jokes and playing happily, who is a greater thief that steals the sacred wealth than this? Having a short temper, giving rise to anger, who is a greater terrifying evil spirit that destroys patience than this? All these are enemies of the Dharma, these enemies seem to benefit you in the short term, You do not realize that they are deceiving you, but you are controlled by them, alas! Now that the impermanent Dharma has arisen, escape from the hands of these enemies just a little! It is still timely to strive now, if you do not strive now, You will fall into the prison pit of the ocean of karmic suffering, bound tightly by the ropes of cyclic existence, Piercing your own heart with weapons you have made, refuge!

若再拖延又有何益？ 因此现在逃离方能解脱。 在寂静山谷的坚固堡垒中， 住着一位具格的怙主上师。 拥有摧毁轮回敌人的武器， 拥有平息五毒的甘露， 有平息内心痛苦的勇士， 有摧毁烦恼军队的坚固盔甲。 逃到那里才能从那里解脱。 孩子你若听我的话， 现在正是修持死亡法的时候。 死亡何时降临无法预料， 那时莫后悔，现在就努力吧！ 这是在贡塘（Gungthang）王国的东方，名为惹拉扎沃（Ra la za 'og）洞，也就是至尊米拉日巴的修行地，在火羊年（1067）的氐宿月（藏历十一月）十七日，自己因悲伤而对着照明的芝麻油灯的光芒，随忆所及所说的教诲。 吉祥！ ༈ 这是至尊米拉日巴在惹拉扎沃（Ra la za 'og）洞的修行地，为自己提出建议而唱的道歌。

He possesses the weapon to destroy the enemy of samsara, He possesses the nectar to pacify the five poisons, There is a hero to pacify the suffering of the mind, There is also strong armor to destroy the army of afflictions. Escape to that place, and from there you will be liberated. Child, if you listen to my words, Now is the time to practice the Dharma of death. The time of death is uncertain, Do not regret it then, strive now! This was said in the east of the Gungthang kingdom, in the Ra la za 'og cave, which is the practice place of Jetsun Milarepa, on the seventeenth day of the month of Minsuk (Tibetan November) in the Fire Sheep year (1067), when he was sad and spoke whatever teachings he remembered to the light of the illuminating sesame oil lamp. Auspicious! ༈ This is a song of realization sung by Jetsun Milarepa in the Ra la za 'og cave, his place of practice, offering advice to himself.
