大圆满幻化休息之义诀如意宝。无垢光。 大圆满幻化休息之义诀如意宝。无垢光。 吉祥！名为大圆满幻化休息之义诀如意宝之法在此。将国王之法付托于无垢幻化，一切法皆宣说为幻化之理。为了修持，书写上师的口诀，以及经和续部意义的精要。首先，皈依，并发起菩提心。从空性中，在头顶的日月莲花上，观想根本上师和传承上师，以及本尊空行母等融入，最后观想被佛和菩萨围绕。用意念供养、赞颂、忏悔罪业，并祈祷精通幻化之后，观想一切显现存在都彻底变为幻化的自性。不要与平凡的执着念头分离片刻。对于外在显现的山、宫殿、地、水、火、风、空等一切，以及内在的各种扬弃和建立的觉知，行走、睡眠、饮食、坐卧、言语等一切，都观想为如梦、如幻、如眩翳、如阳焰、如水月、如回声、如乾闼婆城、如化身般的自性，不要散乱。对于外境的显现，心识的扬弃和建立，以及体验的增减，无论什么都知晓为幻化的游戏，从而修习并发挥彻底的当下解脱。而且，白天对于梦境等所修习的状态，珍视不要片刻散乱。其中，首先是上师瑜伽，其次是显现和心识为幻化，第三是将无有收放的觉性保持原状，努力在如虚空般的境界中放松而修习。座间休息时，从所修习的幻化状态中进行行走等活动。夜晚右侧卧，眼睛睁大不动，气息缓慢。观想心间要穴中，有白色“阿”（藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字放光，如拇指大小，由此光芒，显现轮回涅槃一切都融为光，收摄融入“阿”字，安住于此状态不散乱而入睡，这样首先就能掌握梦境等。

The Quintessential Instructions on Great Perfection, Illusion, Resting the Mind: The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. Stainless Radiance. Homage! Herein lies the Quintessential Instructions on Great Perfection, Illusion, Resting the Mind: The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. Entrusting the royal Dharma to stainless illusion, the meaning of all Dharmas being taught as the nature of illusion. In order to practice, I write down the oral instructions of the Guru, and the essential meaning of the Sutras and Tantras. First, taking refuge and generating the mind of enlightenment. From the state of emptiness, on the sun and moon lotus on the crown of the head, visualize the root Guru and the lineage Gurus, along with the Yidam and Dakinis, merging, and finally visualize being surrounded by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. After offering, praising, confessing sins with the mind, and praying to master illusion, contemplate all appearances and existence as utterly gone into the nature of illusion. Without separating from that very state, without even a moment of ordinary clinging thoughts, contemplate all external appearances such as mountains, mansions, earth, water, fire, wind, and sky, and all internal appearances of various kinds of affirmation and negation consciousness, all activities such as walking, sleeping, eating, sitting, speaking, etc., as being of the nature of dream, illusion, mirage, mirage, moon in water, echo, city of gandharvas, and emanation, and do not be distracted. Knowing that the appearance of objects, the affirmation and negation of the mind, and the increase and decrease of experience are all a play of illusion, train and develop the great skill of immediate self-liberation. Moreover, it is crucial not to be distracted for even a moment from the state of whatever you meditate on during the day, such as dreams. Furthermore, first is Guru Yoga, second is appearance and mind as illusion, and third is to leave the awareness without contraction or expansion as it is, and strive to meditate by relaxing in a state like the sky. After the session, perform activities such as walking from the state of illusion that you have meditated on. At night, lie down on your right side, keep your eyes wide open and unmoving, and breathe slowly. Visualize a white "A" (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Meaning: A) radiating light in the heart center, about the size of a thumb, and from that light, all of samsara and nirvana dissolve into light, converging and dissolving into the "A", and lie down meditating without distraction in that very state, so that you can first master dreams and so on.

然后，将一化为多，将多合为一，将寂静转为忿怒，化现为天神和龙等，刹那间净化为无实，融入无生光明之中，这些都要依次进行。在所有这些时候，都要祈请上师，片刻也不要散乱，日间要强烈地观想化现和转变等，这是至关重要的。这样习惯之后，如幻的体验也会如前一样显现，不可能不生起对无实的认识。对此，如果生起破立和执着，就要认识到，通过修习如幻，障碍会自然解脱。此外，禅定的功德，乐、明、无分别会自然显现，这个显现会突然变得空明澄澈，显现之时，当下就会变得空荡荡、轻飘飘、空旷旷，这是一种平等的状态。觉性变得松弛、散漫、空虚，内外中三者融为一体，身体的执着消失，安住于无所依的大空性之中，永不分离。无论生起贪嗔和破立，都会以欢笑的形式显现为心的庄严。从心清明不动的禅定中，会生起能通透地看到显现的眼睛，能知晓他心的神通，以及能在虚空中行走等无数的神通。如是，对于一切法皆为幻化的自性，从体验中所生之善，愿无余众生，皆能获得如幻的胜者无余无尽的事业！广大义深如幻之心的意义，光明如幻双运之教言，无垢光芒如幻瑜伽士，于雪山白颅如幻之颈中书写。后世具缘解脱求义者，于此法理恒常精进修。远离无明如幻之昏暗，愿智慧如幻任运成所现。大圆满如幻休息之义诀如意宝，由胜子无垢光书写圆满。善哉！善哉！善哉！

Then, one should gradually perform the following: multiplying one into many, gathering many into one, transforming from peaceful to wrathful, manifesting as gods and nagas, purifying into emptiness in an instant, and blending into unborn clear light. During all these times, it is crucial to supplicate the lama, not to be distracted for even a moment, and to have a strong intention for manifestation and transformation during the day. Having become accustomed to this, the experience of illusion will arise as before, and it is impossible that the understanding of emptiness will not arise. If acceptance and rejection, and clinging arise, recognize them and train in illusion, so that obstacles will be self-liberated. Furthermore, the qualities of samadhi, bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality will naturally arise, and this appearance will suddenly become clear and empty, so that the moment of appearance itself becomes empty, light, and spacious, which is a state of equality. Awareness becomes relaxed, loose, and empty, so that outer, inner, and intermediate become mixed into one, and the clinging to the body is reversed, so that one abides in the state of vast openness without support, without separation. Whatever attachment, aversion, acceptance, or rejection arises, it appears as the adornment of the mind with laughter. From the samadhi of clear, unwavering mind, the eye that sees appearances as empty, the clairvoyance that knows the minds of others, and countless siddhis such as walking in the sky will be accomplished. Thus, from the merit of explaining how all phenomena are experienced as the nature of illusion, may all beings without exception attain the limitless activities of the illusory Victorious Ones! The meaning of the vast and profound essence of illusion, this instruction on clear light, illusion, and union, was written by the stainless light, the illusory yogi, on the illusory neck of the white-skulled snow mountain. In the future, those fortunate ones who seek liberation should always be diligent in this Dharma. May we be separated from the darkness of illusory ignorance, and may the wisdom of illusion spontaneously transform into visible appearances.
