The warm signs, and the indescribable joy, great bliss will also gradually arise. The fruit's instruction is: the nature of the three bodies and four wisdoms. It is finished. Yogis, listen to one key point, do not be distracted, focus your mind on the key point, do not be careless, do not accumulate karmic results. It is also said like this. Finished. Clarity and non-thought, immovability, gentleness and bliss, certainty, profound and vast, equanimity, soft and light, easy to find, difficult to abandon and thick, and how difficult to discern even like a child, are the general summary of experiential instructions. What is the experience of clarity like? It is like a candle, like the appearance of a rainbow, like a full moon, like the rising of the sun, and so on. How does clarity arise? By first giving instructions and keeping the mind focused and alert, avoiding fatigue, meat, alcohol, and excessive consumption. Non-thought is: when the wind of discursive thoughts subsides, the thought arises that one does not want to fall into discursive thoughts from this. How does it arise? It arises through habituation to totality and encounter. Immovability is: when discursive thoughts subside, one remains as one has placed oneself in totality and encounter. How does it arise? It arises through relaxing the body and mind, maintaining uprightness, and avoiding noise. Gentleness is: when the contact of dullness and agitation disappears, it is like cotton or kapok. How does it arise? It arises through relaxing the body and mind, avoiding tension, and so on. Faith is: being separated from dullness and agitation, it is raised like a victory banner. How does it arise? It arises through believing in the meaning of the bindu, avoiding disbelief and doubt. Bliss is: when the suffering of body and mind subsides, one feels happy just by the disappearance of agitation, and cannot bear to abandon it. How does it arise? It arises through nourishing the body and resting. Certainty is: being certain of the Buddha's definitive teachings, the guru's instructions, and one's own experience, one cannot be shaken by others. How does it arise? It arises through believing in the teachings and instructions. Profundity is: others cannot understand it, it is not just words, but a deep conviction in the depths of the mind. How does it arise? It is the same as above. Vastness is: there are no limits, there is no obstruction or suffering in all places.

Six. There are five ways to nourish the body. Among them, there are three methods of mixing: mixing awareness with analogy, mixing with signs, and mixing with meaning. Among them, mixing with analogy is: First, in a secluded place, without the noise of sound, sit on a comfortable cushion, with your eyes fixed on the space about an arm's length in front of you, like erecting a spear, drawing a bow, or threading a needle, maintain focus and do not be distracted. Divide this into three sessions, measure each session by the flow of breath, and adjust the sessions with rest. This practice is called "three exhalations." Mixing with signs is: First, the appearance is like a turtle being placed in a millstone. Then, appearances like hail hitting gravel, grapes, sparks flying, an iron pipe attracting iron, a bee covered in nectar, a fish swimming at the bottom of the sea, and wind blowing in the treetops appear. Mixing with meaning is: the eyes neither open nor close, the mind is focused on the profound Dharma nature, and one abides without feeling the flow of breath. Four kinds of wise people: those who are skilled in view, that is, knowing the equality of duality. Those who are skilled in action, that is, knowing all actions as illusion. Those who are skilled in meditation, that is, observing one's own mind without distraction. Those who are skilled in taming the mind, that is, when drowsy, generate insight, relax the body, and also take baths and go out. When agitated, suppress focus, and place the object on a Buddha image or the image in a mirror. There are two methods for taming the mind: engaging in rebuke and knowing how to introduce air into the channels. There are six methods of abiding: abiding the mind in a state of equanimity, that is, knowing that all appearances and existence are mind, and abiding the mind in a state of emptiness. Abiding in Dharma nature, that is, knowing that thoughts and characteristics are Dharma nature. Transforming the mind into wisdom and abiding, that is, viewing all appearances and existence as the five wisdoms and abiding in them. Abiding awareness in a self-arising state, that is, awareness arises from within. Relaxing the senses and abiding, that is, letting the senses relax and knowing that everything is without self-nature. Abiding awareness in a bamboo-like state, that is, naturally and slowly adjusting the breath, maintaining non-distraction, and the sun of awareness will rise, like dirt being wiped off a mirror. Nourishing the body is:

Combine with the earth and induce, making the situation pleasant. Associate with pleasant companions. If the humors are imbalanced and one sees red or yellow, it is caused by bile, so separate the diet. Place in the shade. If vomiting, it is caused by phlegm, so treat it appropriately. If trembling, vomiting, and dizzy, it is caused by wind, so treat it by administering medicinal ghee and nutritious food. The body should also be relaxed like floating water. The mnemonic copy is incomplete. Iti.
