If you meditate by clinging to the ground, it is a nihilistic view. Because clinging itself is liberated in its own place, and there is no grasping, it cuts off the fault of nihilism. The fault of the four meditations is also cut off because clinging itself is liberated in its own place. The fault of Mahayana meditation is Madhyamaka and Cittamatra, which is to meditate by embellishing appearances. Here, it is cut off by meditating like a vulture. Tenth, the four benefits show the qualities: The benefit of this life is that one session of meditation is better than doing a hundred Bon rituals. The benefit of longevity is that in all lifetimes, there is no closer method to attain enlightenment than meditating on this method. The benefit of including all qualities is that the benefits of all virtuous practices are included here. The benefit of little effort and great meaning is that it is easy, that is, once experienced, it can be meditated on in any way. The meaning is great, that is, attaining the unsurpassed. There are three types of conduct: Conduct in accordance with wisdom is that if view and meditation are confused, there is no virtue to accept and no evil to abandon. Why? Because one knows that neither virtue nor evil has inherent existence. This is the realm of conduct for those with superior faculties. There are three types of this: Conduct like denial is that there is no distinction between clean and unclean food, no distinction between good and bad clothes, and no distinction between liking and disliking in the mind. Conduct like a child is that a child cries when happy, is happy when crying, sits when about to go, and goes when about to sit. Similarly, there is no acceptance or rejection in conduct. When about to be kind to relatives, meditate; when about to attack, be kind. There is no certainty. Conduct like a mute is to sit without doing anything such as worldly talk, which is turning away from the laws of samsara. This is the conduct of those with superior faculties, because the view has no attachment, so there is no acceptance or rejection in conduct. Conduct in accordance with skillful means is that if view and meditation are not confused as above, it is called distinguishing between good and evil conduct, that is, accepting good, abandoning evil, and engaging in virtuous activities and other practices that are in accordance with the Dharma. The conduct of the three doors is that which arises naturally without deception, falsehood, or fabrication. For a lazy person, the advice at the time of death is the six recollections. Recollecting death is

Since ordinary people cannot determine when they will die, yogis should examine the signs of death. First, earth dissolves into water, the remaining imprints sink into the earth, and the body becomes heavy. There is no real basis for death in this. Then, water dissolves into fire, heat dissipates outward or the body's water dries up, and the mouth and nose become dry. Fire dissolves into wind, heat contracts from the limbs, and if it dissipates from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, it is internal; if it dissipates at the crown of the head, it is good. Wind dissolves into consciousness, breathing strives to exhale, the gathering of breath is life, wanting to cut off life, the breath exhales and does not want to inhale again, this is cutting off life. This is mindfulness of death. Furthermore, mindfulness of renunciation is: fields, lands, houses, etc., all of these are illusions. Waking up in the morning, think that this close body of oneself is also impermanent, impure, and the basis for generating suffering. Ordinary people, at the time of death, fall into samsara because of extreme attachment. Yogis should do the opposite, as mentioned above. Furthermore, mindfulness of generosity is: relatives, etc., all of these are temporary relationships, like birds and trees. I came alone at first, and I will die alone at the end. Therefore, thinking that one is unrelated to everything, one gives away possessions without attachment. Furthermore, mindfulness of the deity is: even the body of the deity, at this moment, the deity is also the Dharmakaya. Therefore, one should remember to contemplate one's own mind as emptiness. Others should also give instructions. If there is nothing above, then give instructions here, this is a difficult teaching. Furthermore, mindfulness of the bardo is: called the intermediate state between existence, the time when the mind-body exists from the disappearance of this appearance until another body has not yet been taken. There is a so-called instruction of combining the three, which is the combination of what was previously practiced, the bardo and death, and the Prajnaparamita. In the bardo period, there is the so-called going from the gaps of secret mantras, because the mind is not separated from what was previously practiced, combined with the death Prajnaparamita, in the bardo, remembering non-conceptuality, therefore not taking rebirth. Because the conceptual thoughts of this easily transform the conceptual thoughts of dreams, the bardo is easier. In the bardo, enlightenment is attained by merely remembering non-conceptuality. The death Prajnaparamita.

Remembrance is: At the time of the cessation of breath, a moment of non-discrimination arises for all beings. Recognizing that is remembrance. Auspicious! There are four fruits: showing the difference between taking rebirth and not taking rebirth, showing the divergence of samsara and nirvana, showing the time of attaining Buddhahood, and showing how much is called the activity of Buddhahood. First, if one is not separated from the eight worldly concerns, one takes rebirth; if separated, one does not. It has nothing to do with others; it depends on whether one is separated from self-grasping or not. Second, the spontaneously accomplished Dharmakaya Buddha, and the empty-clear awareness Dharmakaya Buddha. The basis of spontaneous accomplishment is: At the time of death, even the most sinful person will have one non-discriminating moment. If it turns its back on samsara, there are three connections: the karmic connection is: the karmic traces remain in the alaya consciousness. The mind connection is: from that karmic trace, awareness arises and wanders in the bardo. The aggregate connection is: there, because of the movement of karmic traces, one is born as an animal; seeing the womb of an animal as delightful, one enters it, like entering a pot, and then takes a body. If it turns its back on nirvana, it is called the empty-three awareness Dharmakaya Buddha, and it is also possible to be liberated in that very moment of non-discrimination. Otherwise, one attains Buddhahood by remembering the nature of reality in the bardo. Showing the time of attaining Buddhahood is: the best one attains Buddhahood in this life by realizing the intention of the Victorious Ones. The next is attaining Buddhahood at the time of death: death is connected with the Perfection of Wisdom and one goes into non-discrimination and attains Buddhahood. The next is attaining Buddhahood in the bardo: in the intermediate state, one remembers the nature of reality. The last one also attains Buddhahood within one, two, or up to seven lifetimes. How much is the activity of Buddhahood? The Dharmakaya is the Buddha, which is meditating on one's own awareness as empty and clear. The Rupakaya is, through the blessing of that, two bodies are given for the benefit of beings: the Sambhogakaya for the Bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis, and the Nirmanakaya accomplishes the benefit for beings who have purified their karma. Therefore, this is the oral instruction that has been passed down through the basis, path, and fruit. Since the oral transmission has been written down, it is not to be transmitted to others. Atha. Finished. This is the manuscript of Ta Rinchen Pal. Proofread and corrected! The Great Perfection, Three Strengths.
