When experiencing that bright and clear state, three kinds of feelings arise: bliss, clarity, and non-thought. A single experience arises, unpolluted by clinging and intellect. That is the intention of the Buddha, so recognize yourself. For example, for something that is yours, there is no need to deliberately think, "This is mine." No conceptual thoughts like "This is not mine" will arise. Just like that example, once you recognize that self-awareness is your own Dharma nature, there is no need to think that all phenomena of samsara are Dharma nature emptiness. Even without thinking, you will not be separated from the meaning of Dharma nature, because not meditating is meditation. It is said. Knowing that all phenomena are without inherent existence, that is the son of wisdom. Recognizing that awareness is the Dharmadhatu is to recognize yourself. At that time, there is no high or low in birth, no big or small in action, no sharp or dull in intelligence, no big or small in knowledge, no much or little in hearing, no old or young in age, no clear or unclear in awareness. Easy to understand with little effort, easy to practice with great meaning, and not afraid of dying. Old woman, practice like that. Life has no leisure, so make effort. Rather than being a slave to your son and husband for a thousand years without meaning, it is better to meditate on awareness for a moment, which accumulates more merit. Quickly obtain the instructions given by the lama. Because there is no end to the affairs of this life, you must ultimately complete your practice. Old woman, keep this advice of not fearing death in mind. Thus it was said. He pointed his finger at the heart of the old woman and gave instructions.
