In short, just as one realizes the naturally pure nature through view, so too should the asceticism and conduct combined with its measure be practiced in such a pure way. It is forbidden to initiate such conduct that is not combined with one's own experience from the beginning. In order to accomplish the very nature of peace, just as the Ketaka flower, when eaten by another elephant, becomes dung, and when eaten by an ordinary elephant, becomes like elephant oil, is the analogy. Therefore, conduct should be combined with the measure of the continuum. This is not only the unique conduct of highest yoga, but also the tradition of the lower tantras. Third, regarding the meaning of the conclusion, there are two aspects: the vessel to whom the instructions are entrusted, and the completion of what has been started. The first is, as stated in the core text of Vimalamitra: "Intelligence, sharp, profound, stable, and swift," etc. If the instructions are not properly entrusted to a special vessel, they will not enter the continuum of a non-vessel, and the secret mantra will become like entrusting it to a demon, the vows of the instructions will be reversed, and the profound blessings of the lineage will deteriorate. Therefore, it is said here that this great secret instruction called "Garland of Views" is not the domain of practice for children who are not intelligent, who are deluded by the demon of evil thoughts, and who have little faith in the Vajra path. Then, whose domain will it become? Just as a blind person opens the obstacle that obscures their eyes and finds completely pure eyes, entering the profound Dharma also requires light wisdom, and the skillful means of a virtuous friend's teachings, etc., accumulating many collections of merit. Just as difficult to find as the Udumbara flower, may I encounter them if they exist in the hundreds of paths and may it become meaningful, this is the prayer made with great love by the Second Buddha. The second part is the instruction of the root tantra of the Magical Net called "Garland of Views," which is the general principle of all secret mantras, the key point of all Agamas, the illuminator of all vehicles, the general summary of all teachings, and the great secret treasure of heroes and yoginis, is complete, meaning it has been written. Therefore, this unerring and untainted teaching of the Second Buddha Padmakara is the earliest of the Chinese texts that appeared in the snowy lands and has become like the source of the complete stream of the Great Chariot of the Practice Lineage. Without allowing the demon of acceptance and rejection, instigated by bias, to disturb your mind, may those who desire liberation and have broad wisdom explain well and spread widely to those fortunate individuals, thereby carrying out the activities that please the Buddhas without partiality. Although I am poor in the biographies of the holy ones, I am taken care of by the unerring holy protector, and I have found the treasure of the unbiased, profound Dharma. With the unfeigned altruistic intention to benefit the teachings and beings, this is also to propagate the excellent lineage of the teachings of Guru Rinpoche, to collect the essence of the key instructions into the great treasure, and to gather the essence of good speech for the sake of residing therein. May I hold the treasure of the profound and vast Sutra and Tantra teachings in all lifetimes, may the activities of Padmasambhava pervade the sky, and may the biography of liberating infinite beings from the original supreme ground pervade the Dharmadhatu. This is also because I received the root Agama and the oral instructions explaining the key points, along with the permission, from the presence of the master Padma Osel Dongak Lingpa, who is inseparable from the original protector, Great Bliss, and was instructed to "let it reside in the treasure of instructions." The unbiased yogis, those with boundless wisdom, have briefly recorded the oral instructions of the master. May virtue increase! A concise explanation of the words and meaning of the 'Garland of Views' instruction, opening the lotus garden of profound meaning.
