In order to show other paths of the vehicle to those who do not possess (the capacity), the six Thubpas emanate and promise to expound the inconceivable Dharma doors, which is the common introduction. As it says: Common introduction, teacher and retinue, appearing differently and receiving empowerment, having realized oneself for the benefit of beings, requests and answers are given with meaning, permission is given to turn meaning into words, and the joy of body, speech, and mind is practiced. So it is. The second part includes: the request of the retinue and the permission of the teacher. The first part is: in order to subdue the disciples who are determined by the four secrets, they request to explain the tantra. Then, all the Tathagatas, together with the assembly of consorts, spoke this verse: Emaho (藏文), from ye (藏文) to secret Dharma (藏文), etc., therefore, it is appropriate to be held with compassion. The second part is: Therefore, although all dharmas are originally Buddhas and there is no difference, compassion arises for those who have not realized it, and they are pleased to expound the spontaneously accomplished Dharma, so this verse is added. What is it? Emaho (藏文), from the Sugata-garbha (藏文), etc., because all sentient beings have the Sugata-garbha, although they appear as bondage and liberation due to non-realization, in reality, both bondage and liberation are not established. As the Buddha Samayogatantra says: The bound, the binder, the bound one, ego-grasping, sentient beings, the reality of suffering, all are the nature of mind, therefore, there is not even the name of ego-grasping, therefore, both do not exist, therefore, there is no goer. So it is. In order to show its meaning, the spontaneously perfect Buddha Dharma, in order to explain it, various joys are practiced. Therefore, explaining the tantra for special disciples through the six joys of smiling, moving eyebrows, turning eyes, straightening the body, extending hands, and radiating light and emanations is the content of the second half of the third chapter, and how to rejoice for common disciples is related to the first half of the third chapter. The glorious secret essence tantra, the king of tantras that ascertains suchness, the good explanation of the Secret Lord's Oral Instructions, which establishes the illusory network through the door of general meaning.
