To undertake this Nöl Sang Lha Chap Ngönmo, one should prepare a clean platform covered with a white cloth. In a clean vessel, arrange tsampa (roasted barley flour) and a hundred types of sang substances, along with various medicines, silk garments, the three white and three sweet substances mixed with butter, according to the verses below. Around it, arrange offerings of fresh milk, chang (barley beer), tea, the essence of fine fruits, and bowls filled with a mixture of five pure waters and five fragrant substances. In a convenient place, either inside or outside, prepare a wood fire and musical instruments, along with other necessary items. Inexhaustible when taken, inexhaustible when drunk, unangered when attacked, higher than the King of Mountains, deeper than the ocean, more numerous than motes of dust, brighter than the sun and moon, vast and equal to the edge of the sky, it is the medicine that heals diseases, the great ocean of nectar that deceives death. Blessed seven times with the mantra seal of the Space Treasury, increased by Vajraspharaṇa Khaṃ (བཛྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ཁཾ་). Namo! By the power of my thought, and by the power of the Tathagata's generosity, and by all the powers of the Dharmadhatu, in order to benefit sentient beings, whatever meanings are thought of, may all of them appear unhindered as they should.
