Nevertheless, according to the Zurham tradition, nowadays very few people use either colored powders or paintings. Therefore, I think that in simplified practice, it doesn't matter if it is not completed. The ground ritual, even in old mandala houses, can be done without relying on colored powders. If it is a new residence, it is good to do it with paintings. Because the ground ritual is not only for drawing mandalas on the ground, but also for destroying inner and outer demons and obstacles. Therefore, most of the later mantra practitioners think that it is meaningless to say that the ground ritual is absolutely not necessary for painting. Also, when painting, for the preparation of the deity, in some practices, like a precious mandala, the arrangement of the number of deities is placed on the basis of where the mandala is spread. Some people strongly object to this, saying that it is not appropriate, because they think that the preparation is only for painting on that basis, and they do not understand the key point of this meaning. Because in some fundamental mandala rituals, it is also said that the deity is invited into the sky above the base, and offerings, praises, and listening are made. Therefore, what is wrong with making the mandala into a combination on the basis of the spread? There is nothing wrong with it. Unifying the tantra and the oral instructions, the meaning of the empowerment ritual, the points of elaboration and abbreviation, the connection of the Dharma that easily realizes, bestow the glory of the little-heard novice.
