This is the ritual called "The Continuous Recitation Practice of the Noble Immaculate Light: The Source of Immortality." Born from the essence of the two accumulations' ocean, the light of the supreme sage, the wish-fulfilling jewel, is an ornament on the crown until enlightenment. Having arranged this, I will explain its yoga. Those who have received this empowerment and abide by the samaya, if they wish to engage in the condensed method of continuous practice of the yoga of the noble, immaculate, pure light, should bathe and cleanse themselves before eating, or in the early morning before meat, alcohol, garlic, onions, etc., have entered the stomach. Then, join the palms and recite: I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Supreme Assembly, Until enlightenment. To accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I generate the mind of enlightenment. In all the ten directions, Live Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, For the sake of perfect enlightenment, From today, I generate the mind of enlightenment. Take refuge and generate the mind three times. In the sky in front, visualize the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, his body the color of refined gold, adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor signs, seated on a lion throne and a lotus-moon cushion in the vajra posture. His two hands make the gesture of the wheel of Dharma, and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in his retinue are clearly visible. From the crown of their heads, light emanates, illuminating all realms of the world, stimulating the minds of all Buddhas. The light then gathers back and dissolves into the crowns of the Buddhas, causing them to rejoice. They utter secret mantras with a voice like that of a kalavinka bird, and you yourself repeat the sounds. Believe in this way. Namaḥ saptānāṃ, samyaksaṃbuddha koṭīnāṃ, pariśuddhe manasi, abhyācita pratiṣṭhitanāṃ. Namo bhagavate, amṛta āyurdāye, tathāgatāya. Oṃ sarva tathāgata śuddhe āyur viśodhane, saṃhara saṃhara, sarva tathāgata vīrya balena prati saṃhara āyuḥ sāra sāra, sarva tathāgata samaya, bodhi bodhi, buddhya.

Buddhaya. Bodhaya Bodhaya. Mama Sarva Papam Avarana Vishuddhe. Vigata Malam. Tsara Su Buddhe Buddhe. Huru Huru Svaha. This is the root mantra. Om Sarva Tathagata Mala Vishodhani, Rudha Bale Pratisaṃskara, Tathagata Dhatu Dhure, Dhara Dhara, Sandhara Sandhara, Sarva Tathagata Adhiṣṭhana Adhiṣṭhite Svaha. This is the heart essence. It is excellent to recite each of these once without attachment, and to accomplish them many times. Furthermore, it is stated in the Dharani Sutra itself: "Whoever maintains great purity and constantly recites the secret mantra once each day for as long as they live, at the time of death, they will be born in a place of inexhaustible enjoyment and happiness. By constantly reciting at all times, they will be born in a Buddha's pure land and will also remember their past lives. All untimely death and obscurations will be purified." Representing this, one should take faith in the extensive benefits that have been spoken of as one's yidam. Furthermore, if one is inclined to recite the Immaculate Crown Dharani, etc., one should recite it only with this yoga. One may recite the continuation of this dharani, or one may recite whatever one wishes in place of it. Finally, one should leave the Buddha and retinue without specific focus. May I quickly attain enlightenment in this world through these virtuous actions of mine! May I teach the Dharma for the benefit of beings, and liberate sentient beings tormented by many sufferings! Thus, one seals it with dedication and aspiration. Nowadays, it is rare to be able to meditate single-pointedly. Many are diligent in the oral task of reading. It is wonderful if one has the fortune to recite this which the Victorious Ones have advised to recite.
