Adorned with precious moon lotuses, Surpassing in wisdom, skilled in all that is knowable, Possessing a heart as deep as the ocean, King of Melodious Sounds, I prostrate to you. Shining like gold from the Jambu River, Blazing with glory surpassing a thousand suns, A body like a stainless golden stupa, Stainless Excellent Gold Light, I prostrate to you. Having attained the supreme bliss of Nirvana, Pacifying the suffering and torment of beings, Becoming the protector and glory of the six realms, Supreme Bliss Without Sorrow, I prostrate to you. Utterly established in bliss, I prostrate to the light of lapis lazuli. With the eye of wisdom, you gaze upon all beings, With the eye of compassion, you pervade all beings. Buddha, the Medicine Guru, who cures the disease of the three poisons, I prostrate to the light of lapis lazuli. When wind, bile, phlegm, and so on gather, And the four elements become imbalanced, To you, King of Medicine, I pay homage! Your body color is azure, like a blue lotus, Your left hand holds a nectar-filled medicinal begging bowl, Buddha, the Medicine Guru, who cures the disease of the three poisons, I prostrate to the light of lapis lazuli. Having fundamentally abandoned the ocean of faults, You have gone beyond to the shore of the ocean of qualities, You have become the all-knowing one, the god of gods, I prostrate to the light of lapis lazuli. Your vast aspirations are completely pure, You accomplish the benefit of others like a wish-fulfilling jewel, Buddha, the Medicine Guru, who cures the disease of the three poisons, I prostrate to the light of lapis lazuli. Through skillful means and compassion, you were born into the Shakya clan, You destroy the army of demons, invincible to others, Your body is beautiful like a golden mountain, To that Shakya King, I pay homage!
