此名为《菩萨善道》者，乃是将自宗先前灌顶仪轨和广大的道次第中的要点汇集起来，但未曾编成可供阅读的版本。为了利益后学者，我原本就打算撰写此书。近日，在具信施主邬金南卓的劝请下，并且在梦中也稍微见到了一些吉祥的征兆，以此为缘起，仅持有菩萨之名的衮美多杰于邬金敏珠林寺的拉章法轮普贤宫殿中写下了此书。 愿吉祥！ 从搅拌深奥见解之水藏中，菩萨善道，奇妙殊胜之菩萨戒，从一个仪轨中降下多种甘霖之云，从宣说成熟解脱之法音的虚空中散布开来。 大乘中观宗派的发心仪轨《菩萨善道》，衮美多杰著。

This, called "The Excellent Path of the Bodhisattvas," is a collection of essential points from the previously extensive initiation rituals and stages of the path in our tradition. However, it has not been compiled into a readable version. Wishing to benefit future followers, I had intended to write this for some time. Recently, urged by the faithful benefactor Orgyen Namdrol, and with some auspicious signs appearing in dreams, as a result, Gyurme Dorje, who merely holds the name of a Bodhisattva, wrote this in the Lhabrang Dharma Wheel Auspicious Palace of Orgyen Mindroling Monastery. May there be auspiciousness! From churning the ocean of profound view, the excellent path of the bodhisattvas, the marvelous bodhisattva vows, from one ritual, clouds raining down many rains, spreading from the sky proclaiming the Dharma sound of ripening liberation.
