In order to avoid staying and fatigue, one should travel and walk within a yojana. Secondly, the special distinction of prohibition is: if one cannot stay for three months in summer due to circumstances, then one can make a distinction of prohibition on any eighth day after one month or one and a half months have passed. In the root text of the Sutra, it says: If the Uposatha has passed two or three times, then a prohibition should be made. Like this. Also, even when the Uposatha has not passed twice, etc., and it is not the eighth day, if all the Sangha must suddenly leave due to war or other reasons, then the monks should prostrate to each other and say: Venerable ones, please listen. Now is the Sangha's prohibition distinction. I, named so-and-so, am also a prohibition distinction. I, named so-and-so, with the three places of what I have seen, heard, and doubted, make a collective prohibition distinction to the Sangha who are staying in the summer. Please, venerable ones, instruct me. From "Do it again according to the Dharma and the Vinaya" say it three times, and use skillful means. If not all the Sangha leave, but some people must leave due to circumstances, then this ritual can also be done in front of a monk who is within sight. This is the Sangha's prohibition distinction. Also, if one has already blessed the summer and meets someone doing a prohibition distinction in another monastery, then there is no obstacle or fault in doing the prohibition distinction together with them. Also, if there are no more than four monks in the place where the prohibition distinction is to be done, then because the one who makes the prohibition distinction cannot be appointed, he is not appointed. The request and the actual prohibition distinction are done according to the above method. If there are no three or two monks, then bless the prohibition distinction and say to each other: Venerable ones, please listen. Now is the Sangha's fifteenth prohibition distinction. I, a monk named so-and-so, am also the fifteenth prohibition distinction. I, a monk named so-and-so, bless the prohibition distinction. When the Sangha is not found, with the three places of what I have seen, heard, and doubted, I make a prohibition distinction to the Sangha who are staying in the summer. Say this three times, and use skillful means. If one is alone, then only say the main part three times.
