Wishing to make offerings and prayers to the Sugata and the Sixteen Elders, if possible, arrange the appearance of the Sugata, the chief and retinue, and the offerings in front, as appropriate, in a clean and beautifully arranged manner. If that is not possible, perform the mental practice. In any case: To the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the supreme assemblies, I go for refuge until enlightenment. By the merit of my giving and other deeds, May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings. Recite the refuge and bodhicitta three times. By the truth of the Three Jewels of refuge, the blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the power of the two accumulations, and the pure strength of the Dharmadhatu, may the outer and inner world be in the center of the pure land of Sukhavati, in a great palace of captivating jewels, on a supreme seat of a jeweled lion throne and lotus-moon cushion, filled with clouds of offerings transformed by actual arrangements, mantra power, awareness, and faith, and may they be enjoyed. Thus, bless the ground and the place and its contents. Then, with single-pointed intention: In the center of the earth, as smooth as the palm of a hand, adorned with jewels, decorated with trees and lakes, on a square platform made of jewels with four doors, on a seat adorned with lotus, sun, and moon, I invite the Sugata, the supreme one, and the great Elders, the guide of beings who, with compassion, place beings to be tamed in this age of strife on the path of liberation, to come to this place with their retinue. Thus, invite them. If you wish, recite the verses or prose of the Elder's offering as appropriate. To condense it, recite: Born into the Shakya clan with skillful means and compassion, Unconquerable by others, destroying the armies of Mara, A body majestic like a golden mountain, I prostrate to the feet of the King of the Shakyas. Holding the victory banner of the teachings entrusted by the Sugata, dwelling in the Yangyikjung and Anavatapta Lake, Time Holder, Vajriputra, Bhadra, and Golden Calf, Bharadvaja, the golden one.

至尊！向圣者薄拘罗和持声，小路婆罗堕阇取乞食，指路龙族隐匿者不退转，居士达摩达和大天王四尊，及其眷属的莲足，我顶礼，我皈依，从内心祈祷。以香水涂抹大地，遍布鲜花，须弥山、四大部洲、日月庄严的这个供品，观想为佛土而供养，愿一切众生都能享用清净的刹土！以实物陈设、真言、智慧、信力所变幻的供养云，全部供养，忏悔一切罪堕，随喜善行，劝请祈祷，以此为代表的善根回向大菩提。如是供养七支。如果是比丘，此时若有需要，可以进行布萨加持，以及纪念供养等。祈请世尊大集会垂念！祈愿能王、声闻圣众，听闻圣号、忆念称诵、顶礼供养之威力，使我等一切众生，暂时和究竟的一切违缘消除，安乐、幸福、具法、财富，都能增上广大。祈愿能被大乘善知识摄受，以语甘露滋养，赐予加持。祈愿我们具足清净的戒律，以及闻思修，生起出离心和菩提心，恒常不懈地行持利他之行，从而证得未证之果位，祈请赐予加持。祈愿无垢的佛法在十方弘扬光大，持教大德们的莲足永驻百劫，世间充满广大的吉祥，二利任运成就，吉祥圆满！如是祈祷，并以吉祥之语结尾。此乃为具足先决条件者，由瑜伽自在者蒋扬钦哲旺波所作之祈愿，愿如是成就！ 顶礼能王声闻眷属仪轨简略，如意宝心髓。蒋扬钦哲旺波。

Supreme! To the venerable Bakula and Dhāraṇīdhara, the mendicant Bhāradvāja on the small path, the guide, the Nāga community, the concealer, the non-regressor, the lay practitioner Dharmatrāta and the four Great Kings, along with their retinues, at the lotus feet, I prostrate, I take refuge, and pray from the heart. Having anointed the earth with scented water and scattered flowers, this offering adorned with Mount Meru, the continents, and the sun and moon, visualizing it as a Buddha-field, may all beings enjoy a pure realm! Offering all the clouds of offerings transformed by actual arrangements, mantras, wisdom, and the power of faith, I confess all sins and downfalls, rejoice in virtue, and urge and pray. May this, representing all virtues, be dedicated to the great Bodhi. Thus, the seven branches are offered. If one is a monk, it is good to perform the Uposatha blessing and commemorative offerings if needed at this time. Please consider, Bhagavan, the great assembly! By the power of hearing the excellent names, remembering and reciting, prostrating and offering to the King of Sages, the assembly of venerable ones, may all adverse conditions, temporary and ultimate, be pacified for us and all sentient beings, and may happiness, well-being, Dharma, and wealth greatly increase. May we be cared for by the Mahāyāna virtuous friend, nourished by the nectar of speech, and blessed. May we possess pure discipline, and be endowed with hearing, contemplation, and meditation. May renunciation and the two Bodhicittas arise. May we always be unflagging in the practice of benefiting others, and thereby attain the unattained state, please grant your blessing. May the stainless teachings of the Victorious One spread and flourish in the ten directions, may the lotus feet of the supreme holders of the teachings remain for hundreds of kalpas, may the world be filled with great goodness, and may the two benefits be spontaneously accomplished, may there be auspiciousness! Thus pray, and conclude with auspicious words. This prayer, made by the free yogi Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo for those who possess the first qualities, may it be accomplished as it is!
