成就，以及草药食物的成就，以及宝库财富的成就，以及四足牲畜的成就，以及其他内外秘密的成就，愿如海的成就云团，满足我的心愿。愿疾病、邪魔、障碍平息，寿命、福德、财富、权势增长。愿三界世间精华皆被掌控，愿怨敌、邪魔、鬼怪被消灭。愿此殊胜的实修传承，如日般在十方弘扬光大，愿能压制一切傲慢者，竖起胜利的胜幢。愿那些违背誓言、心怀恶意，与教敌、恶鬼为伍的家伙们，彻底毁灭，化为灰烬。愿诅咒和伤害，反作用于施咒者自身。愿这究竟意义的教法精髓，无论在哪个国家，都没有疾病、战乱、饥荒之名，只有安乐、丰收、吉祥。总而言之，为了利益教法和众生，愿我们自他的所有愿望，都能无碍迅速成就，赐予最殊胜的吉祥安乐。如是说。 如此，此简略汇集的与五位药女护法相关的祈供仪轨，是应哈亚格里瓦纳塔（Hayagrīva nātha）的请求，由丹贝尼玛（bstan pa'i nyin byed）于萨嘎月（Saga Dawa）的白分第二天的早晨，在图丹却科（Thubten Chos-khor）写下，愿善妙增长！ 即使拥有所需的一切享用，也不积攒；即使拥有众多眷属，也不贪恋。将三学、论藏的知识宝库，安置于舍弃和阅读的心中。这也是由被称为佐钦班智达噶玛内顿松饶丹贝坚赞（rdzogs chen dpon slob karma nges don gsung rab bstan pa'i rgyal mtshan）者，在一次闲暇时于空行洞（mkha' lding phug）所写，愿善妙增长！ 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！（Sarva Mangalam!，一切吉祥！） 五位药女吉祥长寿姐妹的祈供。

Accomplishments, and the accomplishment of herbal food, and the accomplishment of treasury wealth, and the accomplishment of four-legged livestock, and also the outer, inner, and secret accomplishments, may the cloud banks of the ocean of accomplishments fulfill my heart's desires. May sickness, evil spirits, and obstacles be pacified, and may life, merit, wealth, and power increase. May the essence of the three realms and existence be brought under control. May enemies, evil spirits, and obstructors be utterly destroyed. May this supreme lineage of practice flourish in the ten directions like the sun, may it subdue all arrogant ones, and may the victory banner of complete victory be raised. May those who are unruly in vows, thoughts, and actions, along with the armies of enemies of the teachings and oath-breakers, be utterly destroyed and reduced to dust. May curses and harm recoil upon the curser themselves. May this essence of the definitive meaning teachings, in whatever kingdom it abides, be free from the name of disease, conflict, and famine, and may there be happiness, good harvests, and auspiciousness. In short, for the benefit of the teachings and beings, may all the wishes of ourselves and others be swiftly accomplished without hindrance, and may the supreme auspiciousness of well-being be bestowed. Thus it is said. Thus, this concise collection of the fulfillment offering related to the offering and supplication of the five goddess-medicine sisters was composed by Tenpai Nyinjed (bstan pa'i nyin byed) at the request of Hayagrīva nātha, on the morning of the second good white day of the Saga month, at Thubten Chos-khor. May virtue and goodness increase! Even though possessing all the enjoyments one could desire, not accumulating them; even though having many attendants and retinues, not being attached to them. Placing the treasury of knowledge of the three trainings and the pitaka, in the heart of renunciation and reading.
