Although dreams are uncertain, the visualization of the four-armed assembly offering ritual composed by Drung Khachöpa, this wordless oral transmission, has been unbroken until my own teacher, and the meaning is the same. When Anu Tsomo, the lineage of Khachöpa, was seriously ill for a long time in Drak Lhu, she handed me a piece of paper and said, "Please write something to pray for you." I also felt that the circumstances were right, so I rewrote the ritual into verses. That is: the root guru whom I and others rely on, meditate on as Vajradhara inseparable from Khachöpa, take refuge, offer the body mandala, and finally receive empowerment. Whether you meditate for yourself or for others, it is the best way to eliminate diseases and evil spirits. Even if you don't remember the words, you can meditate on the meaning. If you like, you can add the sound of "Phat (ཕཊ།)" between all the words, and you can also say it from the throat.
