萨！以此书写之功德，愿大持明者，无漏之心意圆满具足。凡与此结缘之众生，皆于西方极乐净土中，于莲花之上化生，与观世音菩萨永不分离。萨瓦芒嘎朗！ 即使所需受用圆满，亦不积聚；即使欲妙眷属众多，亦不贪恋。三学藏教之智慧宝藏，置于舍弃与读诵之心髓中。此乃佐钦堪布噶玛 निश्चितདོན་གསུང་རབ་བསྟན་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་（噶玛 尼顿 松饶 丹贝坚赞）所著，于一处名为空行洞穴处书写，愿善妙增上！萨瓦芒嘎朗！ 吉祥世间自在仪轨之记录，显明解脱之道大路，九尊神之后行仪轨记录。

Sa! By the merit of writing this, may the great vidyadhara's stainless mind be completely fulfilled. May all beings who connect with this be reborn by miraculous birth on a lotus flower in the western Sukhavati pure land, and may they never be separated from Avalokiteshvara. Sarva Mangalam! Even though the desired enjoyments are complete, do not accumulate them; even though there are many desirable retinues, do not be attached to them. The treasury of wisdom of the three trainings and the scriptures, place it in the heart of renunciation and reading. This was written by Dzogchen Khenpo Karma Ngedon Sungrap Tenpai Gyaltsen in a place called Khading Cave. May goodness and auspiciousness increase! Sarva Mangalam!
