English

Verse Six. Verse Six. The sixth is: Homage to Indra, the fire god, Brahma, the wind god, various powerful beings who are worshiped, beings such as corpses and Gandharvas, and the Yaksha assembly who praise from the front. This means that Indra, the king of the gods, and the fire god, the chief of the sages, and Brahma, the creator of the world, and the wind god, who creates the place and arrangement of the world, and others such as the powerful and the all-pervading, who are known as powerful in the world, are various powerful beings. Even the greatest of these become objects of worship, and beings such as the Lord of Hosts, and the terrifying ones who perform the work of corpses, and Gandharvas such as various chariots, and Yakshas such as Vaishravana's son, and Rakshasas who steal radiance, even those difficult-to-tame assemblies praise from the front, that is, they become the gurus of all beings. Verse Six.
