ཚིགས་བཅད་ལྔ་པ། ཚིགས་བཅད་ལྔ་པ། ལྔ་པ་ནི། ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏུཏྟཱ་ར་ཧཱུྃ་ཡི་གེས། ། འདོད་དང་ཕྱོགས་དང་ནམ་མཁའ་གང་མ། ། འཇིག་རྟེན་བདུན་པོ་ཞབས་ཀྱིས་མནན་ཏེ། ། ལུས་པ་མེད་པ་འགུགས་པར་ནུས་མ། །ཞེས་པ་སྟེ། ཏུཏྟཱ་ར་དང་ཧཱུྃ་ཡིག་གི་སྔགས་སྒྲས། འཇིག་རྟེན་འདིའི་འདོད་ཁམས་ཀྱི་གནས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། ནམ་མཁར་གནས་པའི་གཟུགས་གཟུགས་མེད་ཀྱི་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་གཞན་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ཁྱབ་ཅིང་གང་བ་དང་། ཀླུ་དང་། ཡི་དྭགས་དང་། ལྷ་དང་། ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་དང་། མི་དང་། རིག་འཛིན་དང་། མིའམ་ཅི་སྟེ་མཐུ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་བདུན་པོ་ཞབས་འོག་ཏུ་མནན་པ་ལྟར་དབང་དུ་མཛད་པ་དང་། དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ལྷ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་བྲན་དུ་འགུགས་པར་ནུས་ན་ཕྲ་མོ་གཞན་དག་སྨོས་དགོས་པ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། ། ཚིགས་བཅད་ལྔ་པ།

第五颂。 第五颂。 第五是：顶礼嘟答啦吽字。（藏文：ཏུཏྟཱ་ར་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：तुत्तारा हुं，梵文罗马拟音：tuttāra huṃ，汉语字面意思：嘟答啦 吽）。欲界、方所、虚空皆充满，七种世间以足压，无余一切能勾召。意思是说，嘟答啦（藏文：ཏུཏྟཱ་ར་，梵文天城体：तुत्तारा，梵文罗马拟音：tuttāra，汉语字面意思：嘟答啦）和吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：huṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字的咒语声，遍及充满这个世间的欲界所有处所，以及安住于虚空的色界和无色界所有处所，还有十方世界的所有其他界，龙族、饿鬼、天神、阿修罗、人类、持明、人非人等具有威力的七种世间，如同压在脚下一般地加以控制，甚至连大自在天等大神也能勾召为奴仆，更何况其他微小的众生呢。 第五颂。

Verse Five. Verse Five. The fifth is: Homage to Tuttāra Hūṃ syllable. Filling desire, directions, and space. The seven worlds are pressed down by the feet. Able to summon all without exception. That is to say, by the mantra sound of Tuttāra and the syllable Hūṃ, all the places of the desire realm in this world, all the form and formless realms dwelling in the sky, and all the other realms of the ten directions of the world are pervaded and filled. The seven worlds of nāgas, pretas, gods, asuras, humans, vidyādharas, and kinnaras, who possess power, are controlled as if pressed underfoot. Even great gods such as Maheśvara can be summoned as servants, so there is no need to mention other small beings. Verse Five.
