圣救度母赞 圣救度母赞 那摩 阿雅 达热耶。（藏文：ན་མོ་ཨཱརྻ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཡེ།，梵文天城体：नम आर्यतारेये，梵文罗马拟音：namo āryatāreye，汉语字面意思：顶礼圣度母）圆满功德成就大宝尊者。断证圆满善逝薄伽梵母。从无边轮回之海中救度者。皈依本尊天女。天与非天龙王之顶髻上。以何者之莲足安立之光芒。光鬘于世间一切皆极美。皈依本尊天女。清净法界月轮中央。从当字（藏文：ཏཱཾ་，梵文天城体：ताम्，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当）中出生如新绿之身。一面二手寂静之身相者。皈依本尊天女。右掌施予众生胜成就。左手以三宝印契。执持乌巴拉花茎于心间者。皈依本尊天女。以善巧为利众而起右足伸展。智慧断除能取所取左足收缩。为示不离而作缠绕之姿者。皈依本尊天女。发髻以鲜花装饰美丽之头。稍微倾斜之慈悲眼角。恒时垂视一切众生者。皈依本尊天女。背靠月亮为靠背。以年轻之姿态而骄慢。具有一切殊胜珍宝之庄严者。皈依本尊天女。双乳丰满美丽如日月。香气扑鼻之马拉雅山。犹如执持乌巴拉花之水池者。皈依本尊天女。以吉祥嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）之音声善引导。救度母达热（藏文：ཏཱ་རེ，梵文天城体：तारे，梵文罗马拟音：tāre，汉语字面意思：达热）救脱怖畏都达热（藏文：ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ，梵文天城体：तुत्तारे，梵文罗马拟音：tuttāre，汉语字面意思：都达热）。迅速都热（藏文：ཏུ་རེ，梵文天城体：तुरे，梵文罗马拟音：ture，汉语字面意思：都热）与娑哈（藏文：སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：娑哈）相应者。皈依本尊天女。如无云晴空游动之日光。如新莲花开放一般。于所知之境智慧极增长者。皈依本尊天女之心。世间怙主之眼泪所生时。为救度无边众生而行利益。不忘誓言承诺。祈请救护我与如虚空般众生。成为力量等一切功德之宝藏。虽有精华却被垢染所染污。

A Praise to the Noble Tara A Praise to the Noble Tara Namo Arya Tareye. Noble One, great treasure of perfect qualities and attainments. Bhagavan Mother, Sugata, complete in abandonment and realization. Savior from the endless ocean of samsara. I take refuge in that Yidam Goddess. On the crowns of gods, demigods, and Naga kings. Whose lotus feet are adorned with rays of light. Whose garland is most beautiful in all the worlds. I take refuge in that Yidam Goddess. In the center of the pure Dharmadhatu moon mandala. Born from the letter Tam (ཏཱཾ་, tāṃ), a body like fresh green. One face, two hands, with a peaceful form. I take refuge in that Yidam Goddess. The right hand bestows supreme giving, granting attainments to beings. The left hand with a mudra representing the Three Jewels. Holding the stem of an Utpala flower at the heart. I take refuge in that Yidam Goddess. Skillfully standing to benefit beings, right leg extended. Wisdom completely abandoning grasping and clinging, left leg contracted. Making a gesture of embracing to show non-separation. I take refuge in that Yidam Goddess. Head adorned with coiled hair and beautiful flowers. With compassionate sidelong glances that are slightly tilted. Always looking upon all beings. I take refuge in that Yidam Goddess. Leaning against a backdrop of the moon. With a youthful and graceful posture. Possessing the adornments of all supreme jewels. I take refuge in that Yidam Goddess. Beautiful twin breasts like the sun and moon. Fragrant and sweet-smelling Malaya mountain. Like a pond holding Utpala flowers. I take refuge in that Yidam Goddess. Well-guided by the auspicious sound of Om (ཨོཾ, oṃ). Savior Tara (ཏཱ་རེ, tāre), rescuer from fear Tuttare (ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ, tuttāre). Swift Ture (ཏུ་རེ, ture) endowed with Svaha (སྭཱ་ཧཱ, svāhā). I take refuge in that Yidam Goddess. Like the sun's rays moving in a cloudless sky. Like a young lotus flower opening. Whose wisdom greatly expands in the realm of knowledge. I take refuge in the heart of that Yidam Goddess. When born from the tears of the Lord of the World. Vowing to benefit limitless beings. Never forgetting the promise and commitment. I pray that you protect me and beings equal to space. Having become the treasure of all qualities such as strength. Although having essence, it is obscured by impurities.

对于贫困的众生，祈请以慈悲之水洗净污垢。 在从安乐走向安乐的殊胜道上，即使通过听闻思惟的方式获得了定解， 对于尚未品尝禅修之殊胜妙味的，祈请您赐予卑微的我证悟体验。 末法时期，对于护持善逝教法的，内外一切障碍完全寂灭， 祈请您毫不费力地成就所有诸佛赞叹的顺缘。 一旦此生的显现消逝，在那无量光佛的清净刹土中， 从至尊度母的面前诞生之后，也祈请您使我获得极喜地。 这部名为《圣救度母赞·成就海》是为了祈求暂时和究竟的愿望，由释迦比丘索南僧格在铁阳虎年（具体年份待考）的嘉瓦擦的寺院撰写。 善哉！ 至尊度母赞。

For the impoverished beings, I pray that you cleanse their defilements with the water of compassion. On the supreme path of going from happiness to happiness, even if one has gained certainty through hearing and contemplation, For those who have not tasted the supreme flavor of meditation, I pray that you grant me, the lowly one, experience and realization. In this degenerate age, for those who uphold the teachings of the Sugata, may all outer and inner obstacles be completely pacified, I pray that you effortlessly accomplish all the conducive conditions praised by the Buddhas. As soon as the appearances of this life fade away, in that pure land of Amitabha, Having been born in the presence of the venerable Tara, I also pray that you grant me the Joyful Ground. This praise to the Holy Mother Tara, called "Ocean of Accomplishments," was composed by the Shakya monk Sonam Senge at the Gawa Tsal monastery on the day of the Iron Male Tiger year (year to be determined) for the purpose of requesting temporary and ultimate desires.
