向松廓哇·吉美曲乔的教诲 向松廓哇·吉美曲乔的教诲 ༢）父法之王吉美林巴，时至今日于心间信海中明现。你听着，吉美曲乔！ 暇满人身取精要，此为一。 寿命无常收摄心，此为二。 轮回之处知过患，此为三。 业果取舍无错谬，此为四。 趋向解脱求功德，此为五。 依止上师具信心，此为六。 此乃共同之前行，须知之。 复皈依三宝，为母众生发菩提心，尤依金刚萨埵净罪障，为增二资粮故，献曼扎，为入灌顶加持故，亲近上师。此等乃特殊之前行六法。莫忘意义，勤学不懈怠，至关重要。你若不从内心精进修法，不久将逝，生活困窘。为此，总的来说，三根本，特别是马头明王、金刚亥母、罗睺星，对此等修持、念诵、祈请、供养。以此等方式，今生来世皆得安乐。祈愿皈依上师众之谛实力，此等一切无碍成就！此乃持明觉悟金刚向松廓哇·吉美曲乔所作之教诲，愿吉祥！ 向松廓哇·吉美曲乔的教诲

Instructions to Songkorwa Jigme Chokchok Instructions to Songkorwa Jigme Chokchok 2) Father of Dharma, King Jigme Lingpa, may he be clear in the ocean of faith in my heart at this time. Listen, Jigme Chokchok! Take the essence of this precious human body, this is one. Contemplate impermanence and gather your mind, this is two. Understand the faults of samsara, this is three. Be unerring in adopting virtue and abandoning vice according to the law of karma, this is four. Strive for the qualities of liberation, this is five. Rely on the Guru with faith, this is six. Know these as the common preliminaries. Furthermore, take refuge in the Three Jewels, generate the mind of enlightenment for the sake of all mother sentient beings, and especially purify your sins and obscurations by relying on Vajrasattva. Offer mandalas to increase the two accumulations. Approach the Guru to receive empowerment and blessings. These are the six special preliminaries. It is crucial not to forget the meaning and to study diligently without laziness. If you do not strive for the Dharma from the depths of your heart, you will not live long and your livelihood will be difficult. Therefore, in general, the Three Roots, and in particular Hayagriva, Vajravarahi, and Rahula, practice, recite, supplicate, and offer to these. By these means, both this life and future lives will be happy and peaceful. By the power of truth of the assembly of refuge Gurus, may all these be accomplished without obstacles!
