Supreme Dharma, Great Bliss Path Supreme Dharma, Great Bliss Path ༄༅། །As a part of the Supreme Dharma, Great Bliss Path: A method for planting the seeds of liberation in the animal realm: This is the treatise called "The Great Bliss Ladder." Homage to Amitabha (Tibetan: ན་མོ་ཨ་མི་ཏ་བྷ་ཡེཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो अमिताभये, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: Namo Amitābhāye, Chinese literal meaning: Homage to Infinite Light). Having respectfully bowed to the Protector of Infinite Light, for the sake of leading the animal realm to the path of liberation, this quintessential method is composed. Furthermore, in this method of liberating the animal realm, taking refuge and generating bodhicitta are the preliminary steps, entering into the heart of bodhi... (recitation of the ritual) three times. "At this time, I..." (recitation of the ritual) make joyful. After completing the bathing, dispelling obstacles, and meditating on the protective circle, speak as follows: Alas! Due to the power of ignorance and delusion, the manifestation of samsaric animals arises. To reverse that, the method for the mandala of the wisdom of dharmadhatu to become manifest, sealed with the authentic mudra of interdependent origination, there is no deception here. Arising, wise noble lady. Increasing joy and happiness, intelligent householder. Increasing power, powerful elephant. Subduing enemy forces, excellent jewel horse. Quickly traversing the path, powerful general. Subduing unfavorable sides. May all the vast kingdoms be filled with happiness, prosperity, and auspiciousness. May all sentient beings in samsara attain Buddhahood. In the supreme vehicle of mantra, without doubt. May the vast and limitless activities increase benefit and happiness, may it be auspicious. Furthermore, may auspiciousness be greatly increased. This is the mantra yogi, fearless activity of light. The sound of the mind generation music written, may it invite benefit and happiness as guests.
