极乐世界的怙主无量光。 极乐世界的怙主无量光。 顶礼。 极乐世界的怙主无量光。雪域神祇观世音菩萨。诸佛之本体莲花生。我等以虔诚恭敬之心祈祷。嗡嘛呢……再说一遍，聚集在此的有缘者们。死主魔鬼何时到来无法预料。现在即使突然发生，也要无悔。如果拥有（善法）就足够了，没有就念诵六字真言。嗡嘛呢……有人说病人明天会死，以及没有疾病的两个人。这两人谁先死无法预料。此生无常如水泡。将这些铭记于心……嗡嘛呢……百岁老人和一岁孩童两人。这两人谁先死……此身无常如闪电。将这些铭记于心，念诵六字真言。嗡嘛呢……现在的故乡和死后的境地两者。明天后天现在身在何处无法预料。此地无常如乾闼婆城。将这些铭记于心……嗡嘛呢……现在的道路和死主的关隘。明天后天现在去向何方无法预料。此生无常如草尖露珠。这些……嗡嘛呢……在轮回的海洋中漂泊已久。轮回漂泊的次数之前已经足够了。现在是修持永恒安乐菩提的时候了。想要获得解脱的人们，念诵……嗡嘛呢……执着于此，做事没有完成的时候。做了无意义的事情已经足够了。现在是自己为自己修持的时候了。想要获得解脱道路的人们，念诵六字真言。嗡嘛呢……身体如山崖上的鸟巢。生命如赤裸的雏鸟。死主魔鬼如小花鹰袭击。突然何时到来无法预料，念诵……嗡嘛呢……地狱炽热燃烧，寒冷战栗。饿鬼饥渴交加，虚弱不堪。畜生愚痴蒙昧，痛苦难忍。思念恶道痛苦，念诵……嗡嘛呢……向外观看外境时。显现无常如昨夜之梦。如梦初醒，因迷惑而心神不宁。从内心斩断迷惑，念诵六字真言。嗡嘛呢……向上看积累的财富时。财富无常如蜜蜂的蜂蜜。自己积累的财富被他人享用，心神不宁。无差别地布施，念诵……嗡嘛呢……向中间看聚集的人们时。眷属无常如集市的客人。

It is impossible to know which of these two will die first. This life is impermanent, like a bubble of water. Keep these in mind... Om Mani... A hundred-year-old person and a one-year-old child. It is impossible to know which of these two will die first... This body is impermanent, like a flash of lightning. Keep these in mind and recite the six-syllable mantra. Om Mani... This present homeland and the land of the dead. It is impossible to know where we will be tomorrow or the next day. This land is impermanent, like a city of gandharvas. Keep these in mind... Om Mani... This present path and the defile of Yama. It is impossible to know where we will go tomorrow or the next day. This life is impermanent, like dew on the tip of grass. These... Om Mani... We have wandered for a long time in the ocean of samsara. That is enough for the amount of wandering in samsara. Now is the time to practice the enlightenment of eternal bliss. Life is like a naked baby bird. The Lord of Death, the Mara, is like a small hawk attacking. It is impossible to know when it will come suddenly, recite... Om Mani... Hell is hot and burning, cold and shivering. Hungry ghosts are hungry and thirsty, and weak. Animals are ignorant and deluded, and suffer greatly. Think of the suffering of the lower realms, recite... Om Mani... When we look outward at external objects. Appearances are impermanent, like a dream last night. Like waking from a dream, we are uneasy because of delusion. Cut off delusion from within, recite the six-syllable mantra. Om Mani... When we look up at the accumulated wealth. Wealth is impermanent, like honey from bees. Others enjoy the wealth that we have accumulated, and we are uneasy. Give generously without discrimination, recite... Om Mani... When we look at the people gathered in the middle. Family is impermanent, like guests at a market.
