Refuge: I prostrate to the essence that embodies all victorious ones, the supreme son of the protector Amitabha, the deity Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, I rely on you as the ultimate refuge. Bodhicitta: For the sake of all mother-like beings equal to space, to attain the state of you, the deity, I will dispel the suffering of the six realms with the melody of the six-syllable mantra. Seven Limbs: I prostrate with bodies equal to the number of atoms, I offer all material offerings, I confess misdeeds, I rejoice in all virtuous deeds, and I dedicate for all sentient beings to attain enlightenment. Guru Yoga: In the space in front of me and beings equal to space, on a seat of white lotus and the center of the sun and moon, the compassionate form of the victorious ones of infinite realms, the protector Avalokiteshvara, refuge of all beings, His body is like a snow mountain embraced by a white moon, His face gazes with loving-kindness at beings with a smiling radiance, The first of His four hands are joined in prayer, The lower right hand turns a white crystal rosary, The lower left hand holds the stem of a white lotus, Adorned with ornaments and attire of the complete enjoyment body, His feet rest joyfully on the seat in a meditative posture, His three places are marked with three syllables, From there, light radiates, inviting the Three Jewels, the Three Roots, and the deities, They dissolve into the body of the Noble One, Becoming the essence of the secret three of all protector-victors. 至尊众生之怙主观世音，我祈请，以慈悲护佑一切众生。 请将心转向纯净，成为慈爱的本尊。 今生稍有对世俗现象的执着，请警惕突如其来的死亡。 如果积攒财富却吝啬供养布施，请记住临终之时将一无所有。 如果懈怠于断恶行善，请明白临终之时必将后悔。 如果对他人的慈悲心微弱，请认识到一切众生皆是父母。 如果陷入八法之争的法庭，请明白这是来世的障碍。 如果对殊胜三宝的信心减弱，请明白临终之时将孤立无援。 如果对至尊上师的信心松懈，请明白必将流转恶道。 如果懈怠于道次第二要，请明白一切闻思修都将毫无意义。 如果取舍二理混淆不清，请明白果报将是痛苦的显现。 总而言之，请将所有有缺陷的众生，无论高低贵贱，从痛苦的海洋中解脱出来。 殊胜妙法大乐道中，六字真言的策励，慈悲的铁钩。

Supreme protector of all beings, Avalokiteśvara, I pray, protect all beings with your compassion. Please turn the mind to purity and become the deity of loving-kindness. As soon as there is attachment to worldly phenomena in this life, be wary of sudden death. If you accumulate wealth but are stingy with offerings and generosity, remember that at the time of death you will have nothing. If you are negligent in abandoning evil and practicing virtue, understand that you will regret it at the time of death. If compassion for other sentient beings is weak, recognize that all beings are mothers and fathers. If you fall into the court of the eight worldly concerns, understand that this is an obstacle for the next life. If faith in the supreme Three Jewels weakens, understand that you will be helpless at the time of death. If faith in the supreme Guru loosens, understand that you will have to wander in the lower realms. If you are negligent in the essentials of the two stages of the path, understand that all hearing, thinking, and meditation will be meaningless. If the acceptance and rejection of the two principles are confused, understand that the result will be a manifestation of suffering. In general, may all flawed beings, high and low, be liberated from the ocean of suffering. From the supreme Dharma of Great Bliss Path, the encouragement of the six-syllable mantra, the iron hook of compassion.
