三宝三根本的…… 三宝三根本的…… 啊！化为三宝三根本自性的殊胜上师们的身语意功德事业之聚，我皈依！我祈请！请加持！愿这些所发的愿望都能成就！从我（藏文人名）的生生世世，对于一切众生，哪怕是像毛发一样细微的恶念都不要生起！愿善良的意念和行为如流水般连绵不断！除了享用并非为了贪吃的会供轮，而是为了清净的金刚乘道的会供轮之外，愿我永远不去做吃一切有情众生的血肉，饮用，以及玷污等哪怕是微小的事情！愿我像现在一样忆持这个誓言！愿我不要沾染上哪怕是像芝麻粒一样多的，与具备和不具备功德二者不相应的亏空食物的罪过！为了一个众生的利益，愿我毫不犹豫地施舍自己的身语意！以不变的法性和因果不虚的真谛之力，愿这些不带自私自利的愿望完全成就！以三宝的真谛力成就！以上师们的真谛力成就！我，多拉·衮桑·贤遍，临终之际所发愿的文字，由隆萨书写。善哉！ 三宝三根本的……

Of the Three Jewels and Three Roots... Of the Three Jewels and Three Roots... Ah! I take refuge in, and supplicate, the assembly of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the sublime Gurus who have become the essence of the Three Jewels and Three Roots! Please bestow your blessings! May these prayers that have been made be accomplished! From all my lifetimes, may even the slightest evil thought never arise towards all sentient beings! May good thoughts and actions flow continuously like a stream of water! Except for enjoying the pure Vajrayana path's tsokhor, which is not a tsokhor of greed, may I never do even the slightest thing like eating the flesh and blood of all sentient beings, drinking, or polluting! May I remember this commitment as I do now! May I not be tainted by even a sesame seed's worth of karmic debt from misappropriated resources, whether or not I possess the qualities of having or lacking! For the sake of one sentient being, may I never hesitate to give up my three doors! By the power of the unchanging nature of reality and the infallible truth of cause and effect, may these selfless prayers be completely fulfilled! May it be accomplished by the truth of the Three Jewels! May it be accomplished by the truth of the sublime Gurus!
