上师瑜伽精华集萃如意自在王。 上师瑜伽精华集萃如意自在王。 ༄༅། །上师瑜伽精华集萃如意自在王 祈请文。 顶礼 गुरु (藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ།，梵文天城体：नमोगुरु，梵文罗马拟音：namo guru，汉语字面意思：顶礼上师)。于头顶之上的虚空中，彩虹光芒堆积的帐篷内，于日月莲花层叠的座垫上，皈依处至尊三根本总集之主，父亲上师菩提金刚之莲足，身色白红光彩焕发，带有寂静微笑，双手以等持印捧持长寿宝瓶，双足金刚跏趺坐。周围根本传承上师如云般密集。身体三处以 ༀ་（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡）、ཨཱཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：ah，汉语字面意思：啊）、ཧཱུཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hum，汉语字面意思：吽）三字标示。从三字放射光芒，从三身之清净刹土胜地，迎请具九恩德上师三根本众神，融入头顶之上，成为头顶之神，获得无其他皈依处的坚定信念。此后，忆念上师身语意的功德，虔诚祈祷。 祈请 祈请 上师仁波切，于五浊恶世之末降生，如我等各自之凡夫，以大悲心慈悲摄受，祈请于解脱之地得以喘息。三界轮回之众生，仅由我一人将安置于遍知之境地，祈请生起能够安置之威力。愿凡是见到、听到、忆念、触及我之人，无余一同安置于原始之地，祈请加持我能以自身成办诸佛如海之利他事业。 ༀ་ཨཱཿམ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་ཨ་བྷྱེ་ཀརྨ་རསྨི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུཾ། （藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om ah maha guru abhyekarma rasmi sarva siddhi phala hum，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 伟大的上师，灌顶业光芒，一切成就 赐予 吽） 尽可能多地念诵，最后获得四种灌顶。 以回向、祈愿等加以修饰。 此乃对具有信心、誓言、财富者，如独子般以誓言金刚之勇猛，如石女般自然而然无有阻碍地，所说之语愿对一切众生皆有利益！ 上师瑜伽精华集萃如意自在王。

The Heart Essence of Guru Yoga, the Wish-Fulfilling Empowerment. The Heart Essence of Guru Yoga, the Wish-Fulfilling Empowerment. ༄༅། །The Heart Essence of Guru Yoga, the Wish-Fulfilling Empowerment. Homage to the Guru. In the sky above the crown of my head, within a tent of piled-up rainbows, upon a seat of layered sun, moon, and lotus, the lord who embodies the Three Jewels and the Three Roots, the feet of the father guru, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, his form white and red, radiant, with a peaceful smile, his two hands holding a long-life vase in meditative equipoise, seated in vajra posture. Surrounding him, the root and lineage gurus gather like clouds. His three places are marked with Oṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：Om), Āḥ (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：ah，汉语字面意思：Ah), and Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hum，汉语字面意思：Hum). From these three syllables, light radiates, and from the supreme place of the perfectly pure realms of the three kāyas, I invoke the guru, the Three Roots, the deities possessing nine qualities, and as they dissolve into the deity at my crown, I gain the confidence that there is no other refuge. Then, remembering the qualities of the guru's three secrets, I pray with devotion: Kye! Kye! Precious Guru, born at the end of the five degenerations, holding beings like myself with great compassion, please grant me the breath of liberation. May I alone be able to establish all beings of the three realms of samsara in the state of omniscience. May I generate the power to establish all those who see, hear, remember, or touch me, without exception, in the primordial state, and may I be blessed to accomplish the altruistic activities of the ocean of buddhas through my own being. Oṃ Āḥ Mahā Guru Abhyekarma Rasmi Sarva Siddhi Phala Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om ah maha guru abhyekarma rasmi sarva siddhi phala hum，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Great Guru, Empowerment Karma Rays, All Accomplishments, Grant Hum). Recite as much as possible, and finally receive the four empowerments. Elaborate with dedication and aspirations. May this, spoken spontaneously and without obstruction by a stone woman, benefit all who hold faith, commitment, and wealth, like a single son with the valor of the vajra of commitment!
