ཐོལ་བྱུང་གི་གཏམ་ཐོགས་མེད་དུ་སྨྲས་པ། ཐོལ་བྱུང་གི་གཏམ་ཐོགས་མེད་དུ་སྨྲས་པ། ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི། རབ་འབྱམས་རྒྱལ་ཀུན་གྱི་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་ནུས་པའི་བདག །དུས་གསུམ་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་གྱི་སློབ་དཔོན་པད་འབྱུང་དང་། །དབྱེར་མེད་མཁྱེན་བརྩེ་ཡི་འོད་ཟེར་སྟོང་འབར་གཟིས། །སྙིགས་དུས་སྐྱེ་དགུ་ཡི་སྨག་རུམ་ཡོངས་གསལ་མཛོད། །ལེགས་པར་གསོན་མཛོད་དང་བསོད་ནམས་ནོར་བུ་ཀྱེ། །དུས་ངན་མེ་གླང་ལ་ཤར་བ་ཙམ་ཉིད་ནས། །སྙིགས་མའི་མངོན་རྟོགས་ཀྱི་ངན་ལྟས་ཤར་བ་ཡིན། །ད་སྟེ་བགྲང་བྱ་གྲངས་མང་ཞིག་མ་འདས་པར། །སྟོད་སྨད་བར་གསུམ་སོགས་དམག་འཁྲུག་མུ་གེ་དང་། །ལོ་ཉེས་སད་སེར་སོགས་མང་ཞིག་འབྱུང་ལྟས་དང་། །ཁྱད་པར་མདོ་སྨད་འདིར་དཀར་ནག་ཁྲ་བོའི་གཟུགས། །མངོན་ཞིངསྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱོད་པའི་མིག་མང་རྩེ། །ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ཁྲི་ལྡན་གྱི་རཱ་ཛས་ལྕེ་གཉིས་སྐྱོང་། །ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་གཅན་གཟན་གྱི་ཁྱུ་སྡེབ་ཀུ་ཅོ་འདོན། །ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་ཆོས་མདོག་གིས་གྲུབ་མཐའི་སྒྲ་རྣམས་སྒྲོགས། །བྱང་ཕྱོགས་རི་འགལ་གྱི་བྱ་སྤྲེལ་མང་ཞིག་འཐབས། །ངང་ཁྱུའི་སྡེ་ཚོགས་ལ་རྒྱ་ཁྲའི་འུར་ཞོགས་སློང་། །པད་རག་གཙུག་རྒྱན་ལ་ཚ་ཟེར་འོད་མདངས་འབར། །དུང་མདོག་ཞྭ་མོའི་རྩེར་ཁུ་བྱུག་གསུང་སྙན་སྒྲོགས། །དཀར་མདོག་ས་བོན་ལ་དམར་པོའི་འབྲས་བུ་སྨིན། །དབུས་གཙང་རི་བཞི་ལ་སྣ་ཚོགས་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ངོམ། ། མདོ་ཁམས་སྒང་དྲུག་ལ་མིག་མང་ཆོ་ལོ་འགྱེད། །རྒྱལ་རོང་རྒྱལ་ཁག་རྣམས་དགྲ་ཟུན་ཡོས་ལྟར་རྔོ། །རྒྱ་སོག་བོད་གསུམ་པོ་ཐག་བྲན་ཇི་བཞིན་བྲེལ། །ཡུལ་ཕྱོགས་ཕལ་མོ་ཆེ་བྱ་ཁྱུ་སྡེབ་བཞིན་འུར། །ཡུལ་འབྲོག་ངེས་མེད་ཀུན་བག་མི་ཕེབས་བཞིན་འདྲོག །ཅི་བྱ་གཏོལ་མེད་ཀྱི་བསམ་སྤྱོད་ཐགས་བྲེགས་བཞིན། །དེ་འདྲེའི་དུས་ངན་གྱི་མངོན་རྟོགས་ངོམ་གྱུར་ཡང་། །སྙིགས་དུས་སྐྱོབས་ངེས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་མཆོག་པད་འབྱུང་ལ། །ཁ་ཞེ་མེད་པ་ཡིས་གསོལ་བ་ཐོབ་དང་ནི། །ངེས་པར་ཕན་བདེ་ཡི་མངོན་རྟོགས་མཐོང་ཞེས་སྨྲ། །མཆོག་གསུམ་རྩ་གསུམ་གྱི་བདེན་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་། །བདག་གི་ལྷག་བསམ་གྱི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ནུས་པ་ཡིས། །འགྲོ་རྣམས་དགའ་བདེ་ཡི་དཔལ་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཤོག །ཅེས་འདི་ཡང་རྒྱལ་རོང་པ་བསོད་ནམས་ནོར་བུའི་ངོར་རྡོ་བླ་འཇིགས་མེད་ཕྲིན་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས་ཐོལ་བྱུང་གི་གཏམ་ཐོགས་མེད་དུ་སྨྲས་པའི་དགེ་བའི་འགྲོ་རྣམས་རྫོགས་ལྡན་གྱི་དཔལ་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པའི་སྐལ་པ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག། །།དགེའོ།། །། ཐོལ་བྱུང་གི་གཏམ་ཐོགས་མེད་

脱口而出的无碍之语。 脱口而出的无碍之语。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！）。遍布一切诸佛的智慧与慈悲之力的主宰，通晓三世一切的导师莲花生，以无别的智慧与慈悲的万道光芒，彻底照亮五浊恶世众生的黑暗。请好好谛听，吉祥的索南诺布啊！仅仅从恶劣的火牛年（藏历，1937年）开始，就显现出了五浊恶世的恶兆。如今，在没有经过多少年头的情况下，上中下三区等地将会出现战争、饥荒以及灾年、冰雹等诸多预兆。特别是多麦（安多地区）这里，将显现出黑白花三种颜色，显现出各种行为的多眼之顶。东方持万之地的国王将以两舌治理，南方猛兽成群发出喧嚣，西方以宗教之名宣扬各种宗派之声，北方里嘎（地名）的鸟猴们争斗不休，天鹅群落中，汉地的喧嚣声四起，红宝石头饰上闪耀着炙热的光芒，白色海螺色泽的帽子顶端，布谷鸟发出美妙的声音，白色种子结出红色的果实，卫藏四座神山显现出各种景象，多康六岗（多康地区）之上，多眼者分发着头衔，嘉绒各部如兔子般被敌军收割，汉、蒙、藏三者如绳索般纠缠，大部分地区如鸟群般喧闹，游牧不定之人如不合心意般迁徙，不知所措的思想行为如纺织般忙乱。即便显现出如此恶劣时代的预兆，也要向五浊恶世的救怙主莲花生至诚祈祷，如此定能亲见利益安乐的显现，我如是说。祈愿三宝三根本的真谛加持，以及我的纯净发心之力量，使众生享受喜乐之荣耀！此乃应嘉绒巴·索南诺布之请，由多拉·晋美赤列伟瑟脱口而出，愿此善行使众生皆具足享受圆满时代荣耀之福分！吉祥圆满！

Spontaneous Utterance of Unobstructed Words. Spontaneous Utterance of Unobstructed Words. Om Swasti (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：Om, may there be well-being!). The master of the wisdom and compassion of all Buddhas throughout the realms, the omniscient teacher of the three times, Padmasambhava, with the immeasurable radiance of inseparable wisdom and compassion, completely illuminates the darkness of beings in the degenerate age. Please listen well, auspicious Sonam Norbu! From the mere beginning of the inauspicious Fire Ox year (Tibetan calendar, 1937), the bad omens of the degenerate age have appeared. Now, before many years have passed, wars, famines, and bad harvests, hail, and other signs will appear in the upper, middle, and lower regions. Especially here in Do-mé (Amdo region), forms of white, black, and speckled will appear. The many-eyed peak of various behaviors will manifest. The king of the eastern land of Khri-den will rule with a double tongue. The southern pack of predators will make a loud noise. The westerners will proclaim the sounds of various sects under the guise of religion. In the north, many bird-monkeys of Ri-ga (place name) will fight. In the flocks of swans, the clamor of the Chinese will rise. On the ruby crest, the heat rays will blaze. On the top of the conch-colored hat, the cuckoo will sing sweetly. White seeds will ripen into red fruits. The four mountains of Ü-Tsang will display various images. On the six ranges of Do-Kham (Do-Kham region), the many-eyed ones will distribute titles. The Gyalrong kingdoms will be harvested like rabbits by enemy armies. The three, Chinese, Mongolian, and Tibetan, will be entangled like tangled threads. Most of the regions will clamor like flocks of birds. All the uncertain nomadic lands will migrate as if displeased. Unforeseen thoughts and actions will be as busy as weaving. Even though the omens of such a bad time are displayed, pray sincerely to the supreme deity Padmasambhava, the certain protector of the degenerate age, and you will surely see the manifestation of benefit and happiness, I say. By the blessing of the truth of the Three Jewels and Three Roots, and by the power and strength of my pure intention, may all beings enjoy the glory of joy and happiness! This was spoken spontaneously by Do-la Jigme Trinley Özer at the request of Gyalrongpa Sonam Norbu, may this virtue cause all beings to have the fortune to enjoy the glory of the perfect age!
