Through the combination of vase breathing (kumbhaka) in the five chakras and focused concentration, visualize the form of emptiness (shunyata-rupa) and dissolve it. At each chakra location, use vase breathing to prevent any unwanted occurrences. The two prana-yamas are the teachings of vajra-vak. Then, in this way, having gained mastery over prana and citta in the five or six chakras, freely utilize the burning manifestation of tummo. Because one has gained mastery over sukha-prana and the knots of the nadis have been untied, the fire of tummo at the navel melts the 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) at the crown, thereby generating bliss. Recalling the experience of the four joys obtained through one of the three means—karma, jnana, or mahamudra—is the subsequent recollection. In order to accomplish immutable bliss through the bliss generated by such recollection, generate the special experience of the four joys of ascending and descending. By bringing the form of emptiness and bliss, inseparable, to each chakra location through vase breathing, from the first instant to the completion of twenty-one thousand six hundred instants, become accustomed to this immutable bliss. By stabilizing the movement of the red and white bindus immovably within the central nadi (sushumna), one achieves immutable bliss and the special experience of uniting emptiness (shunyata) complete with all supreme aspects, which is samadhi. Relying on that, one accomplishes the body of sahaja-jnana. Auspicious! Auspicious! Auspicious! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
