愿能遣除诅咒与邪术，成办一切事业！’如此祈愿后，观想所有神灵、邪魔、鬼怪的危害都平息，所有对目标有害之物都解除，令其生命力回归本位。然后取回名牌，念诵长寿咒，并向所修之物撒布甘露，观想金刚的生命力得以成就，从而进行稳固。之后，对血食朵玛进行迎请和安住，念诵‘嗡啊吽哈呵舍’加持，并念诵‘嗡 亚玛ra匝 萨巴热瓦ra 萨瓦 比嘎南 夏札润 玛ra雅 诶当 巴零达 卡卡卡嘿 卡嘿’三次供养。 吽！于一切有情界中掌权者，阎魔法王，生命之主，死神阎罗及玛姆的眷属，以及十方护法及其眷属，还有年、月、宿曜、凶煞、鬼魅，以及六十四种灾难，对于诛杀十方世界的怨敌邪魔，我供养这血肉朵玛。请欢喜享用并接受，愿能遣除疾病、邪魔、死亡的恐惧，以及衰损、灾难、怖畏。对于破坏佛法的怨敌邪魔，迅速成办降伏的事业！’如此供养。加持赎命替身，以四种名称和圆满资粮进行回向，并念诵‘嗡啊吽！偿还宿债的赎命朵玛，如虚空般广大。供养给所有宿债的鬼怪邪魔，祈愿能转变目标的恶缘。’如此念诵。 之后，进行指路：‘嗟！所有宿债的鬼怪邪魔，现在请返回各自的住所。愿断绝所有伤害的念头和行为，愿成就普遍的寂静！’如此念诵后，将其丢弃于路口。若情况紧急，可在主尊的形象或朵玛的腹部，画上脸或图案，手持之，念诵：‘嗟！无欺的三宝、根本三尊，以妙吉祥童子的谛实力，今日遣除死亡，愿此征兆得以显现！’念诵‘嗡 曼殊师利 亚玛达嘎 吽 啪’，缓慢挥动，若将脸朝下并向外展示，即是遣除死亡的征兆。若情况紧急，重复三次，必定无疑。若情况一般，三次都反过来，则能增长善的力量，再次挥动，直至产生信心，如此便能平息一切非时而死，成就长寿的吉祥。此法为米庞·降央多杰所著。吉祥！

After praying in this way, visualize that the harm of all gods, demons, and ghosts is pacified, all harmful things to the target are removed, and their life force returns to its original state. Then, retrieve the nameplate, recite the longevity mantra, and sprinkle nectar on the object being practiced, visualizing that the life force of the vajra is accomplished, thereby stabilizing it. After that, invite and dwell the blood torma, bless it by reciting 'Om Ah Hum Ha Ho Hrih,' and offer it by reciting 'Om Yama ra Tsa Sa pa ri Wa ra Sarwa Bighnan Shatrum Ma ra Ya E dam Ba ling ta Kha Kha Kahi Kha Hi' three times. Hum! Ruler of all sentient realms, Yama, Lord of Life, Death Lord Yama and the retinue of Mamus, as well as the guardians of the ten directions and their retinues, as well as years, months, constellations, ominous signs, and demons, and the sixty-four kinds of disasters, for the sake of subduing the enemies and demons of the ten directions, I offer this flesh and blood torma. Please enjoy and accept it, may it dispel the fear of disease, demons, and death, as well as decline, disaster, and fear. For the enemies and demons who destroy the Dharma, quickly accomplish the activity of subjugation!' Offer in this way. Bless the ransom substitute, dedicate it with the four names and perfect provisions, and recite 'Om Ah Hum! Ransom torma for repaying debts, as vast as the sky. Offer it to all the ghosts and demons of past debts, may it transform the bad karma of the target.' Recite in this way. After that, give directions: 'Alas! All ghosts and demons of past debts, now please return to your respective abodes. May all thoughts and actions of harm cease, and may universal peace be achieved!' After reciting this, discard it at the crossroads. If the situation is urgent, draw a face or pattern on the image of the main deity or on the belly of the torma, hold it in your hand, and recite: 'Alas! The infallible Three Jewels, the root Three, by the power of Manjushri Kumara's truth, today dispel death, may this sign be manifested!' Recite 'Om Manjushri Yamantaka Hum Phet,' wave it slowly, and if you turn the face down and show it outwards, it is a sign of dispelling death. If the situation is urgent, repeat it three times, there is no doubt. If the situation is normal, turn all three times in reverse, then you can increase the power of good, wave it again, until confidence is generated, in this way, all untimely deaths will be pacified, and the glory of long life will be achieved.
