Fulfillment of vows, with wrathful mantras binding all. Guardians of the four gates, may the power of vows be fulfilled, may the summer covenant be accomplished. Hūṃ! Outer layer of black iron mountains, glorious Dharma protectors and retinue, to protect the mandala's perimeter, twenty-eight powerful lords. Equal to the expanse of space, thirty Ḍākinī retinues, to subdue the three classes of rākṣasas, Vajra Laṅka retinue. To emanate the minds of all Buddhas, eight burning mothers retinue, to control the realms of the world, four great powerful deities retinue. To subdue the malevolent earth lords, fulfillment of vows of thirty earth lords, to dry up the ocean of saṃsāra, seven Māṃo goddesses retinue. To protect vows according to the Dharma, four sister retinues, to emanate in the ten directions, sixty messenger retinues. To cut off diseases of humans and livestock, million Ḍākinī retinues, to protect the Dharma of Tibet, fulfillment of vows of twelve Terdroma goddesses. May the power of vows be fulfilled, may the summer covenant be accomplished. Hūṃ! There is no dissatisfaction, all three realms are fulfilled; there is no liberation, all three realms are liberated; There is no union, all three realms are united; primordial union, primordial liberation, may the great vow be fulfilled. The offerings for fulfilling the vows are: five supreme great substances, supreme great and small substances with names, self-arisen vow substance nectar, rare and supreme Torma, offering of red blood, vow substance of great meat incense, enjoyment of the yogic assembly, offering of bright light lamps, may this be fulfilled by the radiance of Tsara, may this be fulfilled by the radiance of Khading, may this be fulfilled by the radiance of the crystal egg.
