Deep gratitude! Deep gratitude! May the source of happiness for all beings, the supreme and incomparable Tönpa Dondrup (མཉམ་མེད་དོན་ཀུན་གྲུབ་པ་ཆེན་པོ།), the magical manifestation of his body, speech, and mind wisdom, the wondrous form of the Dharmakaya relics, be the precious Kangyur of the Buddha's teachings. And the Tengyur, composed by the Indian sages who were able to explain the Buddha's intentions through their own power, this is the complete ocean of teachings that encompasses both Sutra and Tantra. Today, the fact that these teachings exist only in the form of Tibetan letters in the Land of Snows is entirely due to the aspirations of the incarnate Khenpo, Acharya, and Dharma King. In order to ensure that these teachings do not decline and that the lineage continues unbroken, the great saints from various traditions of the Land of Snows have composed countless secret texts containing the essence of the Kangyur and Tengyur. They have worked tirelessly and diligently, creating and reprinting original texts to ensure that these teachings continue to be disseminated throughout the world. Today, in keeping with the pace of the electronic technology and internet age, and in accordance with international cultural norms, we are undertaking a large-scale project to make the theories of Indian and Tibetan scholars, primarily the precious words of the Buddha, accessible for easy use through online searching, copying, editing, and other convenient operations. For this project, the Venerable Nyarong Lama Kunzang Rigzin (ཉག་རོང་བླ་མ་ཀུན་བཟང་རིག་འཛིན་), who has supreme devotion to the Dzogchen teachings, has completed the editing of the complete works of Rigzin Jigme Lingpa (རིག་འཛིན་འཇིགས་མེད་གླིང་པ་) and has kindly presented them to us. We express our heartfelt gratitude and respect for this. At the same time, we kindly request that if any precious scriptures need to be published in the future, please allow us to copy them here, as this would be a great kindness to us.
