སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ལ་བརྟེན་པའི་སྐུ་གསུམ་བླ་མའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར། སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ལ་བརྟེན་པའི་སྐུ་གསུམ་བླ་མའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར། སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ལ་བརྟེན་པའི་སྐུ་གསུམ་བླ་མའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བཞུགས། །སྣང་སྲིད་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང༌། །ཕྲ་རབ་རྡུལ་སྙེད་གསེར་གྱི་ས་གཞི་ལ། །རིན་ཆེན་སྣ་ཚོགས་ལྗོན་བའི་ཡ་ལད་ཅན། །འབབ་སྟེགས་བདེ་བའི་ཀླུང་དང་བྱ་སྐད་སྙན། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་འཕགས་པའི་བདེན་པ་འབའ་ཞིག་སྒྲོག །སྡུག་བསྔལ་བདེན་པས་སྤངས་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ན། །ཐ་གྲུ་མི་མངོན་གཞལ་མེད་ཕོ་བྲང་དབུས། །རང་གི་སྤྱི་བོར་རྨ་བྱས་བཏེགས་པའི་ཁྲིར། །པད་ཟླའི་གདན་ལ་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་ནི། །འོད་སྣང་མཐའ་ཡས་བྱེ་རུའི་ལྷུན་པོ་ལ། །ཆོས་གོས་གསུམ་གྱི་དབང་གཞུས་དཀྲིས་པའི་མདངས། །མཚན་དཔེ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་མཉམ་གཞག་ལྷུང་བཟེད་ཅན། །གཡས་གཡོན་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དང་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ། །མདུན་ན་དཔལ་ལྡན་ སངས་རྒྱས་པདྨ་སྐྱེས། །རྒྱབ་དང་བྱང་སེམས་དགྲ་བཅོམ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར། །རྒྱལ་ཀུན་འདུས་པའི་བདག་ཉིད་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ། །སྙིང་ནས་སྐྱབས་མཆི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་མཆོག་བསྐྱེད། །ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལུས་དང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ལྟོས་མེད་འབུལ། །བཅས་དང་རང་བཞིན་ཉམས་པའི་སྡིག་ལྟུང་བཤགས། །དགེ་ལ་ཡི་རང་ཆོས་འཁོར་བསྐོར་བཞིན་དུ། །མྱ་ངན་འདའ་བ་མེད་པར་བརྟན་བཞུགས་ནས། །བདག་དང་མ་གྱུར་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །འདི་ཕྱི་བར་དོ་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཐུགས་རྗེས་གཟིགས། །དུས་གསུམ་བསགས་པའི་དགེ་རྩ་བྱང་ཆུབ་བསྔོ། །ཚེ་འདིའི་འདུ་བྱེད་སྟོངས་པར་གྱུར་མ་ཐག །བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་དེར་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛི་ཝནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ ཞེས་བཟླ་བཞིན་དུ་དབང་བཞི་བླང་བར་བྱའོ། །འདི་ནི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཤིན་ཏུ་མྱུར་ཞིང༌། དགོངས་གཏེར་དུ་བབས་ནས་རིང་ཞིག་ལོན་ཡང་ཡི་གེར་མ་འཁོད་པ་འཇིགས་མེད་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ངོར་བཀོད་པའོ།། །། སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ལ་བརྟེན་པའི་སྐུ་གསུམ་བླ་མའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར།

依靠于佛陀无量光的三身上师瑜伽。 依靠于佛陀无量光的三身上师瑜伽。 依靠于佛陀无量光的三身上师瑜伽安住。 所有显现存在皆为极乐净土， 微尘数般的黄金地基之上， 具有各种珍宝树木的庄严， 流水潺潺，鸟鸣悦耳的安乐之境， 一切皆宣说圣者的真谛。 在远离痛苦真谛的净土中， 四方不可见，无量宫殿的中央， 自己头顶上，孔雀抬起的宝座上， 莲花月轮垫上，根本上师乃是， 无量光，红珊瑚般的山峰， 三法衣以威严光辉缠绕， 具足所有相好，持着禅定钵， 左右是观世音菩萨和大势至菩萨， 前方是具吉祥的 莲花生大士。 后方和菩萨阿罗汉众围绕， 于汇集一切胜者的自性者们， 从内心深处皈依，生起殊胜菩提心。 顶礼，无有顾虑地供养身和受用， 忏悔违犯誓言和自性的罪堕。 随喜善根，恒常转法轮， 不入涅槃，祈请坚固安住， 于我和所有如母有情， 今生来世中阴，皆以慈悲垂视。 将三时所积善根回向菩提。 一旦此生行将终结之时， 愿能往生彼极乐净土！ 嗡 阿 玛 Ra 尼 孜 旺 帝 耶 梭 哈 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛི་ཝནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ओṃ अमरणि जिवन्ति ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amāraṇi jivanti ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，不死，生命，赐予，梭哈)。念诵此咒，接受四种灌顶。 此乃加持迅速，虽从意伏藏降临已久，却未曾记录成文，故于吉美谢饶（无畏智）前记录。

All phenomena and existence are the Pure Land of Sukhavati, Upon a golden ground like countless fine particles, Adorned with various precious trees, With flowing streams of bliss and sweet bird songs, Everything proclaims only the truth of the Noble Ones. In the realm that has abandoned the truth of suffering, In the center of an immeasurable palace with invisible corners, On a throne lifted by peacocks on my crown, Upon a lotus and moon cushion, the root guru is, Limitless light, like a mountain of coral, The radiance of the three Dharma robes entwined with power, Complete with all marks and signs, holding a meditation bowl, To the right and left are Avalokiteshvara and Mahasthamaprapta, In front is the glorious Guru Padmasambhava. Surrounded by the assembly of Bodhisattvas and Arhats in the back, To those who are the embodiment of all Buddhas, From the depths of my heart, I take refuge and generate the supreme Bodhicitta. I prostrate, offering body and possessions without attachment, I confess the sins and downfalls of vows and inherent nature. I rejoice in virtue, constantly turning the wheel of Dharma, Without passing into nirvana, I pray that you remain steadfast, Look upon me and all sentient beings who have been my mothers, With compassion in this life, the next, and in the bardo. I dedicate the merit accumulated in the three times to Bodhi. While reciting this, receive the four empowerments.
